Not impressed with this place at all. My insurance(Kaiser) approved for me to go here for acupuncture due to muscle pain. The first time I came the male(who’s name I can’t quote Bc he never told me) did a quick, basic assessment by asking me questions and did some acupuncture on my shoulders and hamstring area. He didn’t explain anything!!! The second time I came I don’t think he spoke to me at all. Today is my third and final time here. I paid for a 1hr massage and was given a 26 minute massage. I could barley feel the massage. I’ve had better massages at the Booths in the mall. I had to ask for a refund at the front desk since the 1hr massage isn’t covered by Kaiser. I work in the medical field and I didn’t find this office to be very informative or professional. The girl at the front desk was friendly that’s the only reason why I’m giving 2 stars. The acupuncture does seem to help the muscle pain, but I won’t be back here. I’ll call Kaiser on Monday to ask to go somewhere else.

I’ve had an issue with a nerve in my neck and sought treatment through acupuncture. Kaiser approved a few treatments and i found it to be so beneficial that I continued treatments with Groupon, package deals and cash. They were so helpful with requesting additional sessions through Kaiser that I have been able to continue to find relief for the neck & arm as well as arthritis in my knees. The added massage is worth the additional fee… and all 3 ladies that have worked on me made sure I was taken care of and reduced my pain tremendously!

Stay away! A creepy message therapist is just one of the problems with this place. The biggest issue is unethical insurance practices. After a delay in insurance authorization, they said I needed to pay cash to continue treatments. The insurance company said this wasn’t true and even called the clinic to explain on my behalf. The clinic pretended to not know who I was. I don’t know if they were incompetent or were trying to make a quick buck from some cash treatments. Either way, the insurance company said they were out of policy to even ask for cash. About the message therapist– not bad if you don’t mind someone staring at your privy parts. This happened on two different occasions.
