I was reading on
about a great lease deal at Infiniti of Riverside for QX60. Due to distance to travel from where I lived, I decided to call other Infinity dealers around me to see if they would match the deal… they either did not returned my call or tried to get me to pay for a higher price for the same car. Nevertheless, decided to bite the bullet and take a Über to Infiniti of Riverside. At the dealership, Harry was awesome to deal with. I worked out the deal with him over email. When I decided to pull the trigger, he emailed me a link to apply for credit. I was approved in 10 minute and was informed that I can come in to test drive the car and finish the paperwork. I test drove the car and was done with the paperwork in less than one hour. No up sell or funny games. The funny thing is that I started with wanting to purchase a Toyota Sienna at Culver City Toyota… here is my review
Totally opposite experience with dealership and management. Car buying /​leasing should more be like Infiniti of Riverside and with Harry. Below is his contact information:

This is a refined dealership and THE only place I take my INFINITI. Jeremy is the BEST service advisor I have ever dealt with. They found a leak in my engine and repaired it free if charge. …I was within this fabulous 100,000 mile warranty. They wash your car when it goes in for service. Infinities are great. Infiniti of Riverside is the BEST!

Car buying at Riverside Infiniti was a great experience. Walter with the Internet department was patient, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was upfront with the numbers. His no pressure and no game attitude made the car buying experience comfortable. I highly recommend Walter if you’re in the market for a car. He’ll take good care of you! He also impressed me when he helped me transfer stuff from my trade-​in to new vehicle. And after the deal was sealed, he patiently sat with me to go through all features of the vehicle. Purchasing a car should ALWAYS be this easy. Websites such as Edmunds, Truecar, etc. make shopping and negotiating for a vehicle easy and painless. What we enjoyed about Infiniti of Riverside was their friendly staff, no pressure, and internet selection.
Last week, we reached out to Harry, who’s the Internet Sales Manager. His quick responses, via email, made us believe that he took our business seriously. After communicating online for a couple of days and agreeing on a price, we were ready for a test drive.
Miles took us on a test drive to feel the different types of terrain. The car handled well and met the criteria of what we were looking for. The entire sale experience was fun. We were impressed with Miles’s knowledge and enthusiasm about the Infinitis we’ve owned and were in the market for.
Friday afternoon we got our check from our credit union. Saturday morning, we purchased our CPO 2014 QX60 from Miles. And the entire process took 1 ½ hours. Best experience ever!!! Thanks Ali for having all the documents ready.
This is our 3^rd Infiniti. We’re looking forward to purchasing our future Infiniti electric car from Miles at Infiniti of Riverside.

Just bought a QX50 from here and I used to have them service my G37 and they were a cut above. that’s why i went back. Well they still are a cut above. No hard salesmanship and a fair deal. We both walked away happy and that’s how a business relationship should end. Glad I went to them.

I was looking for a new car and found the Q70. I worked with Daniel & Sonny. they were both very friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They did not have the car I wanted in stock so they ordered it from another dealer in the region and had it there the same day. I told them exactly what I wanted to put down, how much monthly I wanted to pay and they exceeded what I wanted with out any haggling or back and forth negotiations. I was done in less than hour. Best car buying experience I have ever had!

Extremely disappointed with the service at this dealership. I bought a QX60 from them a year ago and started having issues with the vehicle right away. Brought it in for service for the transmission judder over and over and over. Spoke to Jeremy who seemed like he knew what he was talking about. After 3 trips to the dealership I was basically told there was nothing they could do until the check engine light came o
I decided to try a different dealership at automation Tustin which right away told me that the diagnosing software that should have been installed from my first complaint was never installed by Riverside.
Riverside Infiniti has wasted my time and put my family in danger by absolutely ignoring my complaints and doing nothing about a car that was obviously having major issues. I will never go back nor recommend anyone to this place.

I always come to riverside infiniti to have my car serviced. Jeremy is ways professional and attentive to my needs. He is trustworthy and always gets the job done. I highly recommend riverside infinti and jeremy for all your service needs.

So impressed with this dealership! My FX35 dashboard was starting to bubble all over. I went in on Tuesday at 11 am and was promptly greeted by Jeremy. He listened to my concern and professionally handled my issue. He explained that my dashboard was under warranty and they would replace it. He also mentioned that there was a recall on the speedometer and assured me that they would repair this as well. He offered to change my air filter while the dash was out. On top of that I asked for an oil change.
Jeremy assured me that while my vehicle was being worked on I would have a loner car.
The loner car was wonderful and restored my love for Infiniti being the Q series sedan. Within the same day Jeremy called me back to let me know that my vehicle was ready! I couldn’t believe the dashboard was completed the same day– but it was!
No more bubbled dashboard and I have a new found love for my FX35!

We just leased a awd QX60 here couple weeks ago. After shopping at several dealerships, they were the only dealer able to get us the car we wanted under our budget. Jose C was very helpful and friendly. Loan processing was fast. Overall, we had a great experience at Infinity Riverside.

I visited Infinity Riverside today to consider purchasing a new car. It was an average experience. I had not driven one previously and asked for the best comparison to another car we liked. The salesmen immediately apologized and found somebody else to help. He was new and didn’t know much about Infinity & less about comparing the cars. The more experienced salesman was more knowledgable, but launched into a «why you can’t compare the cars. We went outside and he was going to get keys. It took so long, I was able to look at the rest of the cars for sale our front. The new guy arrived, and we hoped into the car, but the seat burned my leg. By then, I didn’t feel compelled to drive their cars, but did find the seats incredibly comfortable.

I stopped by Infiniti of Riverside to do a bit premature comparison of the Q50 against the Lexus IS. I am not only sold based on the car but also the amazing customer service I received from Carlos E (sales) and Jeff (finance manager). I understood that now wasn’t the right time (in my mind) and continued to give customer service as if I was leaving with a car that day. We talked incentives, complete details of this amazing car, and to be honest I went on one of the most informative and hands-​on test drives ever! When it’s time, I’ll definitely make the drive to Infiniti of Riverside for my Q50.

This Infiniti definitely deserves a 5 star rating. I’ve been here numerous of times for my car and every single time I left a happy customer. No matter what’s going on with my car, if it be an oil change to checking out the engine lights, they always advise me with the best information. I do highly recommend setting up an appointment prior to coming, but they do also accept walk ins. That’s just talking about the service department. They also have a waiting area with a large flat screen tv with numerous cushiony chairs and they also offer free wifi. The car salesmen are really nice and don’t really chase after you make you feel like you need to buy a car.
Overall, this infiniti is of high quality workers and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new infiniti or getting your car serviced. Check it out!

First BiG No No. If you PENCIL-​WHIP my service I will know.
They marked my oil was bad, my battery, brake fluid, etc. IM NOT DOWN WITH FRAUDULENT UPSELLING. Not ONE seal was cracked on anything for this «Infiniti Multi-​Point Inspection». THIS IS MY WIFES DAILY DRIVER and they pencil whip vehicle inspections? Underside, same thing. Was told a four-​wheel alignment was done. Must have been pefectly aligned, not one factory-​pen mark was broken on any linkage.
I was promised the alignment specs printout.
Said cabin filter needed replaced. I took my glove box off day before and replaced it.
Wanted to have professional service done on our G.
Asked for tires that were not made in slave labor nations like China and Indonesia.
Was told that Hankooks were made in S Korea. Ok. Get home after picking up at night and look at tires next morning, Made In Indonesia. My only alternative? Drive all the way back down, an hour one way, to have more expensive tires at my cost.
Drive back home.
I put the car on lift before leaving to check undercarriage: Hole torn in my front engine under cover, looks like prongs from a lift bracket or tool. This is a $ 200 OEM replacement. Called and service wanted me to bring back down again to look at. Another trip to cost me another $ 40.? (I had just serviced the oil and I am meticulous and OCD about EVERYTHING.)
Juan is friendly and had promptly greeted me my first visit.
Sadly, this was my third Infiniti dealer that I checked out, seemed like better of three the way Juan greeted me.

I gave two stars as the salesman «tried to be on my side». However, I have been selling various things all of my life. This dealership used all of the standard «lines» and I was amused.
They wanted to «help me, but I had to help also».
The manager said that they were close to a bonus, and that’s why they were trying to help me.
They were selling the car at a «huge loss».
And more.
I called and offered a reasonable amount, and they declined.
So, I will look elsewhere. I am not in a rush for a vehicle. The great thing about living in So Cal is there a huge number of competitors.
