It Can Be Fixed

Davonne is super helpful and nice. I got my tablet fixed at the location in Lynwood with a guy name Rick who continued to give me the run around. I told him Idc why it’s taking so long I just want you to call me and update me so that I at least know it’s in work. After I tried contacting the Lynwood location without a answer on multiple occasions I called the riverside location in which I got Davonne who listened and called the Lynwood location for me to get a status. I understand that buying parts can be complicating but come on dude give someone some kind of information. If you go here go to Davonne — he understands the meaning of customer service!

Quick turn around, reasonably priced, and friendly staff! Cracked my galaxy s6 and needed to replace the glass and LCD. After checking Unilocal and calling around, I decided to take my phone here. Davonne was beyond helpful and very nice. He did a great job fixing my phone. I will definitely recommend their services to others!

The people who run this place are cool, nice guys. Which makes me sad that I have to write this negative review, because they understand very little about running a professional business.
They charged me $ 130 up front to replace my iPhone 6 Plus’ screen, before they had the part. I thought that was a little weird, but unfortunately, my alarm bells failed to ring. A few days later, they got the part, and I noticed almost immediately that the screen they installed was damaged. Also, TouchID was broken. They claimed that this happens maybe «1 in 20″ repairs.» If they had been up front about this, no way would I have allowed them to touch my phone! Later, they would tell me that they «don’t have Apple’s software» to re-​authorize TouchID and I was out of luck. Gee, maybe you shouldn’t offer services that you can’t deliver! Nobody expects that your phone will get *damaged* when getting repaired!
Great. So I go home and try to restore my phone to fix TouchID… and my phone gets bricked due to «Error 53.» You can look this error up; it was a mini-​controversy in early February. Essentially, if TouchID broke for whatever reason, your phone would think that it has been compromised, and it would cease to boot. I was without a phone for several days until Apple fixed this, but TouchID still remained broken.
Meanwhile, they were out of screens. They kept giving me target dates that they kept on missing, giving me BS excuses of «car trouble» and the like. Very unprofessional. Finally, it was over a month later, I was about to go on vacation, and I had had enough. I explained that I wanted it fixed by a certain date that I wanted a refund. They said yes. Of course, they missed that date, so I took it to the Apple Store, who charged me the exact same price, calibrated the screen properly, and fixed TouchID.
I called about that refund. They wouldn’t give it to me because – surprise! – I couldn’t produce the damaged screen. Apple takes the damaged parts because they don’t want them ending up in grey markets that businesses like this place must use; they probably would not have given it to me if I’d asked them. Of course itcanbefixed must have known this, but they did not tell me at the time they initially agreed to the refund.
They did offer me a $ 30 refund for the labor. I told them that was unacceptable and put in a dispute with the bank. Although the bank was very nice, since I could not prove what was said about the refund (it was over the phone), they couldn’t help me.
Lesson learned: just go to Apple.

Superrr helpful! I came here for a cracked screen and left with it looking like it never happened! Davonne was super helpful when I was having trouble getting SquareTrade to pay the claim. Five star service, I would definitely recommend anyone to come here you won’t be disappointed.

Super glad I found this little spot on Unilocal.First off, love that it’s not at the mall where I have to be around a million people.
Other than that, I can say that my personal experience was ⁴⁄₅ stars.
Devon did an awesome job at taking care of my iPhone 5 screen which was a nightmare & was to be replaced for $ 62.including the 15% off coupon they gave me in house. I paid immediately and decided I’d leave the phone as it needed to be sent back to Verizon& I had 14 days since I had upgraded to the new SE.
Took two days because of a personal issue, thankfully it wasn’t my main line so I didn’t mind at all. Things happen, unexpected situations come up… and the Hispanic man whose name I forgot even threw in a glass screen protector for my new phone which they didn’t even service.
Thank you guys for helping me out & having competitive prices while providing great costumer service. I’ve recommended everybody I know to visit this shop & this shop only!

He was great! Very professional. My screen was shattered, pieces were missing & my phone was bent! My phone phone looks brand new now. You can’t tell it was ever bent. I highly recommend.

I Had them repair my device & they keep me waiting for weeks. They couldn’t fix it it to top it off they ended up breaking the device even more. I ain’t going there again… they suck.

I would only recommend this place to someone that is on the top of my sh*t list. The staff is really nice but they are completely unproffessional and the parts are very low quality. It took almost 3 weeks to get the glass on my phone fixed. First, when i took it in they lost the camera for my phone, so they had to order it, the glass wasnt completely glued down so you could see the light coming out from the sides. And when i told them they tried to come up with excuses not to fix it. After telling them that it is NOT how the glass comes in (which is what they tried to tell me) they fixed it. Then while waiting for the camera part to come in i noticed the glass on the phone cracking pretty much any time i set it down. And i was being REALLY careful with my phone making sure not to drop it. So that told me they used very low quality parts.
To make up for losing my camera they offered to give me a free glass protector for my screen. So once they finally installed the new camera and got the glass replaced they put it on for me but they didnt center it right. So anytime i used my front facing camera it was blurry. I was so over going to them that i didnt bother going back. And guess what… I dropped my phone on my carpet, wasnt even a hard fall and the glass on my phone is broken again WITH the glass protecter on it too!
And regarding the staff, they have horrible communication with each other so a few times i showed up, the office was closed when it was during business hours, another employee would walk up confused making phone calls trying to get the keys to open up the shop. And one of the times when i went in asking about a delivery date for the parts for my phone, one of the employees pocketed the money he got from selling a screen protector. When the customer left he asked me if i was gonna tell anyone about him taking the money and explained that something on his car went out so thats why he needed the money. I thought about calling in and telling the manager but like i said, i was so completely DONE with this place.
If it was possible id give this place zero stars! But all i can do is spread the word and tell my friends and family to stay away from this place.

Had them repair the screen on my girlfriend’s Samsung Tab 3. They did a great job. I have no complaints. I even brought it back because the button wasn’t setting properly and they forgot to remove the tape at the top. But, in the end, everything was perfect and My girlfriend is happy with her repaired tablet.
Staff is friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend, the gentlemen in the beard helped me out and replaced my iPhone 6 screen. He saved me about $ 80 with my carrier. High quality work and professional. Reasonable on prices and will answer any questions or concerns

Since my last review, the screen replacement came to a complete fail. Apparently the digitizer failed causing the screen to be unresponsive to touch. I didn’t bother going back to get this replaced or repaired considering itcanbefixed didn’t bother to replace phone screen when I first started having issues while it was still under their 60 day warranty. So just a heads up if you decide to get your iPhone screen fixed here. I ended up purchasing a screen online and replacing it myself.

Took an iPad to be fixed there. Staff was nice but they made us drive all the way to Rancho Cucamonga to pick up the ipad. Not cool, because I dropped it off in Riverside. A few days later it broke again, take it back and they said the dude put it back together wrong and they fixed it again. Guess what? It came apart again. We tried calling them back and no one ever answered. Seems like they were avoiding our calls. Whatever. We just decided to buy a new iPad. Will not be using their services ever again.
And NO my comment is NOT spam, I picked up my Ipad in Rancho Cucamonga (I can provide the address if you like), my husband can attest to that. I paid $ 165 dollars for them to fix it which they did not do, took the Ipad back multiple times and was told that the guy who fixed it had left it at their Rancho Cucamonga store, I drove all the way there to pick it up. I have 106 reviews on Unilocal.Obviously not spam :)

They charged 60 to fix my iPhone 4 n I
They told me it would b ready I’m 2 days. It took 3 weeks n one day for my phone to b ready n thru said they couldn’t fix it. Worst service from these guys
They should have paid my cell bill that month or refund me because they didn’t fix it n they never gave me updates. Only reason I got my phone back was because I showed up on my own to demand my phone.

Went in and in less than 15mins Gus replaced my entire iPhone 6plus front screen. Excellent service prompt and efficient. I’d go back anytime

They made sure to give me my full refund so I’m thankful for that and gave me a free screen to help me out. Manager made sure I left satisfied.

I got my screen fixed after it cracked almost 3 months ago and was experiencing lifting and some dead spots and I took it in and Gus was so helpful. At first we thought we were out of warranty but he said he would still help me but we found out that I was actually in warranty but I really appreciated that. He is currently working on my screen will have it done in an hour and I am so glad I picked them to do my screen the first time as they stand by their warranty. They are in a convenient location and are super nice guys. The first time I worked with the other gentleman but I cannot recall his name. There prices are competitive and fair and again the customer service is very good. Ignore nasty reviews sometimes people have bad days or experiences and take it on the wrong people– I myself have been guilty of that. I will send all my friends and family thank you!

1^st off they had no iphone 4 screens so i had to leave my phone with them over night. Went to pick it up at the end of the next day and they had put the screen over the home button so it was permanently pressed down. Left it over night to be fixed yet again and the home button still doesnt work the same because they had to mess with it but at least my screen is finally crack free (AFTER 3 WHOLE DAYS!!) Should have gotten a refund for that alone.

Read the reviews so I thought, «Hey my problem is pretty straightforward (moisture in the charger flex port so I needed a new one), this should be easy enough.» WRONG.
I could’ve bought the part and tools for less than 10 $ on Amazon and probably should have. Took my phone here on a Friday. They told me it’d be ready Monday «at the latest,» and it was not. I showed up and the guy was out getting the parts, they told me he’d be back later that day so I left for a couple hours and came back, he still wasn’t there. But no big deal, right? I mean, fuck MY time.
Picked up the phone the next day (Tuesday) and it charged but now my microphone doesn’t work at all. I absolutely 100% know that it was working when I brought it. No one calling can hear me unless its on speaker and I can’t use any voice functions. Not going to bother taking it back so something else can be messed up. Go here at your own risk, folks.
