Jack in the Box

This place is always screwing up and today was just the last straw. The workers, including the manager, are rude as hell. They messed up our simple order, over charged us, and had us waiting for almost half an hour. The place wasn’t even busy. There was no apologies for the wait and when we FINALLY got our food they threw it at us. I wish I could put zero stars

Order breakfast meal sandwiches for my children they can’t have cheese on there’s which I order no cheese, all of them had cheese.

***I am not a fan of Jack-​in-​the-​Box, but I had to get something quick; their service was a tad slow for fast food and I did not love the quality of their breakfast; their hashbrown lacked crispness and was quite greasy; their breakfast burrito featured surprisingly decent scrambled eggs (for a fast food joint) and hot jalapeños, but the crumbled bacon was more like something you would get with a bacon and cheese potato at Wendy’s than a breakfast place; service was pleasant and polite for fast food***
Like most fast food restaurants, this Jack-​in-​the-​Box location has its own free parking lot.

I’ve always loved Jack it was my go to place for fast food. When I moved to the area I was disappointed in the quality of service compared to the one I had gone to from my old town. Always took long to get my order and on one visit through the drive through one order of fries and burger where missing that was the last time I visited… Most likly won’t visit for a while.

Jesus Christ where do I start?
First of all, whoever they have working at night — the old woman, Marge — is absolutely the worst in customer service of all time. I literally made a Unilocal account just to write this review. She messes up orders every single time, gives attitude every single time, rolls her eyes and mumbles to herself at the slightest request. Just earlier all I ordered was a large fry and I asked for a handful of ketchup and she gave me TWO. In what world is two packets of ketchup enough for a large order of fries?
Secondly, this Jack in the Box charges $.25 for every extra sauce after two, no matter how large your order is. This is not something I have ever experienced at any other Jack in the Box, ever. Seriously? Nickel and diming your customers over petty stuff like that?
Third, this place has the most stale fries of all time. Not only that but MULTIPLE times we order a burger and ask for something like the tomato to be switched out for extra onion only to be told that it’s not possible. Not possible? I worked fast food for two years and I don’t even need that experience to know that it doesn’t take a brain surgeon to put onions instead of tomatoes. Again, this is not a problem at any other Jack in the Box.
Whoever’s the manager here needs to clean out their night crew or something because I’m just gonna go to Carl’s Jr across the street for a while, and I suggest to anybody reading this that they do the same. This place is a joke.

Just left the drive thru and wow… The guy that helped us his name was Carlos. He was the shiiizzznit!!! That my friends is a dude that loves his job. I have never seen someone do crazy tricks and be so upbeat.

Yummy Jalapeño Poppers! Friendly staff, nearby my home, perfect for late night munchies!

Never have had to eat a cold burger from here. My 3 year old loves the nuggets and I can enjoy my full meal knowing that her own kids meal will fill her up and she won’t still be hungry once she’s done. Prices are normal for fast food and staff are friendly. I have never seen their bathroom or there tables dirty. It is a clean fast food resturant

I don’t usually feel the need to write reviews for fast food restaurants because I never have any problems.
However, I came here last week and asked if I could get the strawberry milk shake with oreos added to them and they did it for me. They just charged me for a strawberry shake and charged a little extra for oreos.
I went there last night and this time it was the MANAGER taking my order. When I asked if I could do the same thing she was completely rude about it, saying I can’t get it it’s either strawberry or oreo. I mean, I understand you have rules to follow, so if you are unable to do something then YOU AT LEAST NEED TO BE NICE ABOUT IT. And getting that service from a manager? Unacceptable!
I didn’t deserve to be treated that way.
