Scott Dicus received his undergraduate degree from UCLA. He attended law school at Chapman School of Law in Orange, CA, where he graduated with honors at the top of his class.

Mr. Dicus is a member of the California State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the California Superior Court, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals, 9^th Circuit. Mr. Dicus handles bankruptcy, criminal defense, DUI defense, and criminal record expungements. He has successfully resolved over 700 cases. Because of his case experience, Mr. Dicus understands legal matters from multiple perspectives, helping him to carefully evaluate his clients’ needs and prepare the best case possible.
