Ursula is always kind and accommodating. Its very nice to need to call your «kid’s» doctor and hear someone who WANTS to help.

I’ve taken my dogs here for years and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. They are amazing, especially Dr. Alice! She treats my dogs like they’re her own. She’s very up front about diagnosis and tratment, even if it’s bad news, I appreciate her honesty.

I have brought my dogs and cats here since Dr. Alice first opened this clinic. She has been great at taking care of my pets over the years. A few months ago I had to put another one of our dogs down. He was just so old and was suffering from Arthritis and could no longer be helped with medication. My daughter was so against it and could not understand how much he was suffering until the staff explained to her the situation and that he was in severe pain by telling her about the signs he was showing. They allowed us to stay with him until the procedure was completed and we were done grieving over him. While the prices for some things seem a little high, the staff and the vets are top notch and have always done a great job.

I have been taking my Dachshund here for about 4 years. The staff is wonderful, when I call with questions they always do their best to answer. When I call to get fit in because we have an emergency or Hallow isn’t feeling well they always squeeze us in. Dr. Alice, Dr. Sanders, and Dr. Bellinger are all wonderful vets. My dachshund has very bad allergies and through everything they are caring and take the time to explain things to me they understand that my dachshund isn’t just a pet but my child. They are very reasonable priced especially for vaccines. I would recommend them to anyone!

Thank you, Dr. Sanders for rescuing my dog, Abby when she had an anaphylactic reaction after receiving vaccines. I never thought she would be expected to flatline. I know I went berserk, but thank you for your immediate response and attention to my Abby. I just was glad her reaction to vaccines happened under your nose. A worst reaction ever, I bet. You also texted to let me know how she was doing while she was at the vet. It took her a week to fully recover and returned to her antics. I am forever grateful for your effort to bring her back to life. Abby is now vacationing in San Diego for the holidays while I vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

Dr Alice has been taking care of my dogs and any friends I can refer since 1992. I have pitbulls and my family and friends have had all kids of dogs that we have taken, not to forget all the foster dogs I have had too thru the years.
They are awesome and Dr Alice promised me she was a lifer an she was not going to retire on me so I will keep on go big and referring everyone I know.

Have been bringing my pets here for a couple years now and am always happy with my visits. The Dr is always professional, along with the staff. My cat was a regular for awhile as he was battling one type of infection after another, and they were always accommodating and loved my big goofy trouble making cat– he was quite the celebrity, (unfortunately for me!)… But was nice to know that they genuinely enjoyed seeing «petme», they even performed a surgery on his eye quite flawlessly, and to this day we are lucky to have a healthy (knock on wood) kitty who can still see out of both eyes. I’ll continue to return to this facility for all of my future pet health needs.

We’ve visited this office a few times over the years for different reasons and the staff is wonderful.
They take amazing care of our furry babies and the two times we’ve had to say goodbye to our little ones the entire staff was loving and empathetic.
We will continue to take our animals here for years!

2 stars for the simple fact I only paid $ 12 for a rabies shot. On the other hand the customer service is ridiculous. Nothing bothers me more then staff talking crap on customers. The gentlemen with the muscles really should learn how to smile more! And the 2 women upfront need to keep their comments to them selves.

I’m very disappointed with this vet. I took my sick cat here in February 2014 and was told she was diabetic. I spent around $ 600 for the visit and medication. I was told to put her on a special diet and to give her insulin shots twice a day.
I returned March 2015 for check up and was told «it looks like your cat is diabetic». Really!?! Didn’t we already know that. The vet made me feel as if this was my fault and I was making my cat sick. She has no empathy, it’s true! I dropped another $ 130 on this visit and learned nothing new.
After a lot of research I found a new vet. This new vet stated that the insulin and food the last vet had me use for my cat was not at all what a diabetic cat should be on. Our new vet also noticed that my cat was showing signs of liver failure on the lab test results from Lincoln Vet Clinic back in 2014 and the doctor never mentioned that to me. My cat should have been on medication for her liver all this time!
The lack of concern and care at this vet office is ridiculous! I do not recommend taking your animals to this vet clinic.

The staff there is very rude and shows no empathy. My dog a few months ago hurt his leg, so i took him in and they refused to see him because i didn’t have an appointment and they didn’t have enough vets for a walk in. So ended up taking him to Arlington vet down the road and they were able to see him right away. So today i need to get my other dog her rabies shot and i called for their shot hours and was told 9 to 5:30 so i showed up around 11 and was told the morning hours were over. I told the lady behind the counter that i called and was told the hours were all day, there was no mention of a break in the hours. She didn’t care, was rude and showed no empathy. I ended up going to sunnymead vet in moreno valley and was able to get the shots i need, they were much nicer, and cheaper. I recommend going to sunnymead for a much more pleasent experience.

So pleased with this team. I must have made about 15 phone calls to different vets about getting my baby spayed. She’s 3 a mini poodle mix I suppose. I’m a nervous momma. So some one at work recommended LPVC. I called, spoke to Ursula, she was very informative and seemed pleasant. I came in 10 minutes after I was supposed to be there. No mention of my tardiness was made. I appreciated that as I am notoriously late to life. =) I waited so long to get her altered because the idea really does freak me out. So I dropped her off when they took her back she didn’t want to go. My fault she is spoiled and attached. One of the girls saw me get a little watery eyed, because I am a weenie, she said she will be fine. It is better for her. I said thank you and left. Picked up later and today she seems to be recovering slowly but surely. I will be scheduling my other little girl next month. Also my best friend will also be going to spay his 5 month old little pitbull. Thanks guys I truly appreciate you all!

My main complaint with this vet’s office is that they seem to be in the business for the money more so than helping sick animals. I’ve taken dogs and cats to this office because they are close and no matter what the issue, I’ve never spent less than about $ 300. Often it’s more. Today I went to Riverside Animal Hospital and spent less than $ 100 for a cat that has a urinary tract that is getting blocked. At Lincoln Plaza I spent more than $ 300 for the same service. Money is not the sole issue to be considered when choosing a vet. I know that. But I have lots of animals (all rescues) so I need to make sure I don’t get charged more than is absolutely necessary.
My second complaint is that the doctor I see here (a female) has the bedside manner of a cold rock. I get that, like all vets, she is busy and needs to move on to the next animal. Still, I expect some sort of empathy when dealing with a pet’s potential or impending death. Not long ago I took one of my Maine Coons to her. He has tumors in his throat. I wanted to find out about maybe taking them out surgically. She just said that I could go to a ‘specialist’ and spend a bundle of money if I wanted to go that route. There was no attempt to help me figure out what I could for him with the money I have. When I asked for pain meds for him, she said there aren’t any real good choices for pain meds for cats.
Finally, when I called to ask a follow up question about a week after this last appointment, I was told I would have to bring the animal in for a visit. Again, this was after I’d just had him in a week before.

These are amazing people. You may not realize it during routine checkups, shots, etc. Almost all vets are good at that, after all they became vets because they love animals. Where I did see how amazing Lincoln Vet is was when my dog started to have serious medical issues near the end of his life. That is when you need a vet that has absolute competence, caring and understanding. I could not have asked for a better vet during this difficult time.

Wow! I’m absolutely blown away by the negative remarks from Shana B. I have found the staff (especially Tammy) to be extremely polite, very helpful but most of all very respectful. I’ve been taking my animals to Lincoln Plaza for 6 years and I think they’re awesome. I don’t know these ladies personally but I can assure you that you will be treated very well by a professional staff. I highly recommend this veterinarian to everyone!

This review is in regard to customer service only, as their veterinary service has always been standard/​fine.
The office staff, specifically «Tammy» is extremely rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. Called with a simple question and to confirm an email address that a shot record was being sent to, and she cut me off and refused to assist or confirm email address. Very rude tone of voice, and complained about my call later when my husband physically went into the office to pick up the record. They sent my dog’s shot records to an incorrect email address four times, because they couldn’t be bothered to listen. I’m not willing to pay a business to be rude and condescending, so I will never be bringing my dog here again, and will tell all my friends and acquaintances to avoid this place.

I came home from work one day and noticed my dogs foot was hugely swollen. Wasn’t sure if it was broken or infected or what. I called the office and they were able to squeeze me in with the hour. Took her down, got her fixed up and took her home. I was so thankful that they were so helpful and able to see her on such short notice. THE VERY NEXT DAY, I got home from work and my OTHER dog (I have three) was not putting any weight on his leg. I again called them, saying «you’re not gonna believe this.» And explained the situation with my other dog. Again, they were able to squeeze us in with only an hours notice. Turns out he had broken his radius AND ulna. What are the odds?! The staff at LPVC were nothing short of miracle workers. They really went above and beyond to make sure that my animals were taken care of. I am so thankful for them and recommend them to ANYONE in need of veterinary care for their pets. 2stars for the office staff only. I brought my ChiWeenie in and we were seen by Dr. Sanders. She proceeded to chastise me for breeding my dog. Her exact comment was «I hate it when people do this, they find a little dog and think oh it’d be cute to breed it. She’s not even purebred you know.» What??? Only purebred dogs are worthy of reproduction? We have a dog we love with all our heart and wanted the joy of experiencing puppies and the joy of having a little carbon copy. Our litter was raised with love and each pup cried over when released to their new home. People like me with my one litter of puppies are NOT THE PROBLEM with regards to the shelter situation. I might also point out to Dr. Sanders, that if everyone stopped breeding dogs and cats in unison today, in 10 – 12 years she would find herself unemployed.

I lost my kitten under their care. I went to their office 3 times for different reasons and mentioned my concern about my cat’s health. The vet said that antibiotics won’t work and to wait it out. I went again and they gave me eye drops for him. He got worse, so I researched other vets but it was too late-​he died. Trust your instinct everyone.

Came with my 3 dogs. Simba is sick so he got a Doctor check up, fecal sample, medication, Vaccine, and Rabies shot and that costed him around 150 dollars. Nala got her vaccine and rabies that was $ 45 and the same for my other dog chispa. They all got weigh also. My dogs seemed comfortable and happy with the Dr. and the assistants. We did pay around $ 240 dollars to get them all vaccinated, rabies shot, another vaccine, 1 Doc. Check up and meds. Not bad, thanks for making my dogs feel safe and secure.
*Update*
So glad of their work and thankful for their staff, they were so patient with me because I was super late for the appt. and still took my dogs in. I was nervous about getting my dogs fixed but had too because they are siblings and didn’t want my Nala to get pregnant. I paid around 140 to get Nala spayed and Simba 180, this also included the IV Caterer, and Microchip. Now, for my other toy breed dog, he had an extensive surgery because his testicle was inside of his abdomen so that cost 268, he came out with a cone and smiling, I don’t think he wanted to leave because he was getting attention.
They gave us take home instructions, also the next day received a phone call to check up on my dogs, I really felt that they cared.
Now all 3 of my dogs are outside healthy and happy thanks to Lincoln Plaza Veterinarian clinic.

My toy poodle had an infection after getting neutered due to his constant licking. I called them to get me in and right away they booked me. I was there as soon as I could, he got checked out and I was given meds and a cone for him along with free dog treats. My dog is doing well now, back to his old self.
