This place is awesome and very well priced! I constantly and placing last minute orders and they always make it happen and the flowers turn out beautifully!

I couldn’t make it to a funeral because of my schedule, so very last minute decided to send flowers, 2 hours before the scheduled service. I called 3 other florists on Unilocal and none answered the phone. So when I called Magnolia I was relieved when they answered and said they could do it. They delivered a bouquet, the price was very reasonable and my friend even took a picture thanking me. Thanks Magnolia.

I was in need of some good quality flowers at an awesome price. Once i found Magnolia Flowers i knew i found the right flower shop. They have a great selection of good quality flowers and they even helped me pick out a nice arrangement. Ill be coming here regularly from now on. Also ask for Rosa, she is awesome at designing arrangements.

Last weekend was my aunt’s graduation and I decided I wanted to get her a Lei. This was Saturday and the graduation was the next day so it was last minute. I decided to call this place in hopes that they would have some Leis since Costco ran out. Unilocal had said it closed at 6 and when I called it was about 4:30. Before I could even ask anything the lady on the phone rudely said they were closed and I was about to ask why it had said it was opened, but she hung up on me. Luckily I found another florist, but I’m never buying anything here.

I went here to order Valentine’s Day flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend, I decided to go in the store instead of ordering online because I am very picky on what I want. It took a while but I finally found exactly what I wanted at the price I was looking for.
When the flowers were delivered I was a little upset because I specifically asked if they were going to be exactly what it looked like in the store and if not to please call me before making changes to the arrangement. Once I saw the flowers they delivered they were great flowers and looked beautiful but I was really upset that they changed the vase to a very short one which made all the flowers very squished together. The vase I ordered was a tall one and I had purchased extra flowers to fill in the space.
UPDATE: The flower shop called me regarding my order and explained to me they were aware of the issue with my order and it was a small mixup. They fixed their mistake and stated the manager will be issuing me a full refund for the inconvenience. I’m very happy with this customer service and will do business here again. The new flowers were exactly what I ordered! :)

By far the best flower shop in town i went to buy my fiancée some flowers they had excellent customer servic, they had beautiful arrangements the manager was very Nice and helpful the girl Amanda That made my flower Arrangement did a very beautiful Job on them

I ordered some get-​well flowers to be delivered for a friend. The flowers must of been delivered by a lightning bolt because they got there so quickly! They said the flowers were beautiful as well. Great job. Thanks!

I used this florist for flowers for my sons prom. It started off just perfect. I was helped by a girl named VALERIE and she was informative and helpful. She was doing her best to make sure that I was satisfied with the design. The manager at the store, MICHAEL, on the other hand was the cause for the 1 star rating. He was rude and ignorant to Valerie and that she was helping a customer, ME. He ordered to answer the phone that was ringing while she was helping by yelling it from the back room. I had to return days later to make some changes to the colors of the arrangements and was met by MICHAEL and ROSA, when going over my paper work that Valerie had done with me days before, they made it no secret that they were not fans of Valerie. They put her down constantly and showed very low customer service qualities. I left frustrated and called a different florist for a back up plan. I then called back to speak with the owner, she called me and we spoke about a resolution. I informed her on the specifics of my visits, she was in Hawaii and knew there was some bad blood within the store while she was gone. I told her that I would keep my business there as long as Valerie was to do the arrangements. When I picked them up they looked great and I was satisfied. They offered me a refund for the trouble and I was happy to take it obviously, but it was never my intentions. I hadn’t received my refund, so I called and asked if they could look into it. The owner called me and when I told her that I was disappointed to hear that Valerie no longer worked there and that Michael was still the manager, she had the nerve to ask me if I was personal friends with Valerie! As though I have to know someone on a personal level to come to their defense when their boss is treating them like dirt. She then went on to say that after reviewing the video footage, she doesn’t believe that Michael was rude with me. Well Thanks for standing up for your employee!!! He must do a ton of work for little pay for you to take the chance with keeping that guy around… SERIOUSLY, get a grip and realize that you lost a good employee in Valerie. I wish that I could hire her for my business. I will never return and I would advise anyone to choose FREEWAY FLOWERS before giving this MANAGER/​OWNER your money. VALERIE, your better off not at this job, our family wishes you the best of luck!!!

Excellent customer service, Valerie was very helpful. The flower arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. If you are near riverside you should absolutely use Magnolia flowers!

I went in there to see about floral items for my wedding and met the best designer Valerie. She was creative, edgy and communicated with me. Also she was very flexible with my busy schedule. I appreciated all the attention that I got during my consultation. If you need anything done ask for Valerie!

I had a horrible experience with Magnolia Flowers. The visual of the website was impressive, but that was it. It was me and my wife’s anniversary and I wanted to surprise her with flowers. I called at 10 am and the employee told me that he would have flowers delivered by 1pm. I got off work at around 5 to find out that the flowers had not been delivered. I was upset, but told the owner to deliver them anyway. I ask the owner for a partial refund based on the fact that I was not informed about the delay. She refused and indicated that she did not have time to call every customer if things went wrong. Never again.

After doing a lot of searching for florist in the city where my wedding was gonna be I decided to go with Magnolia. Best choice! They hit my colors exactly and made all my wedding bouquets look fantastic! My centerpieces were beyond beautiful and were a hit with all my guest! My bridal bouquet was perfect! Still in tack and back home in NYC. Thank you for making my wedding flowers perfect!

It’s been 15+ years since I first began using Magnolia Flowers. They have excellent customer service. They always do a beautiful job with the flowers. Today I called them @ 2pm for same day delivery (it was in the area) and they were delivered 1 hour later! If you see a picture on the website that you like but it has that one flower you don’t like, they’ll substitute that flower for what you do like. They are really great to work with and their service has been consistent through the years.

This morning I ordered flowers from out-​of-​state for my mother in Riverside, CA. Several hours later my mom sent me photos of the unique and beautiful arrangement that she received. She said it’s the most beautiful one she has ever seen, and I have to say I agree! I’m glad that I read the « Unilocal» reviews and made a good choice. Thank you to Emily who took my order. I loved my bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonnière! I got married on a Saturday and b/​c we were driving to Yosemite to get married we had to pick up our flowers on the Thursday before, the flowers made it through our 6 hour drive and were still perfect by the time our wedding came and went! I made my tight budget clear in the beginning and Sheri totally worked with me and made sure we stuck to it! I will defiantly use Magnolia Flowers again!

I dearly wanted the Weber Barbeque replica for my husband that Teleflora put out this year but didn’t want flowers as my husband wouldn’t appreciate them. I called several florists who either didn’t have the Weber in stock or weren’t too enthustiastic about changing the norm. Well I like a creative florist because I often go outside the norm and order things off the cuff like «make it a spring arrangement with a purple vase», instead of ordering a readymade offering.
This florist confirmed they had the replica and I suggested filling it with candy. They were more than helpful. I gave them a few ideas of his favorites and they made a few suggestions and we were done. Today the arrangement came and they made a cool candy bouquet with mainly mini snickers & milkyway’s and a few other types thrown in. They took crêpe paper and made colorful little floral type bursts throughout the arrangement. It looked masculine and appealing and my husband was thrilled with it. Thank you Magnolia Flowers for going above and beyond to make sure this customer was extremely satisfied. I will definitely be using this florist again… especially when I want something out of the ordinary.
