John came to our home, was on time, and gave us what we know is an honest opinion. We had purchased our home 2 months ago, and during our home inspection, I was told our air conditioning system was in very good shape, no major repairs needed. Summer is coming soon and I like to have a tune up each year. He did the tune up (little was required) but i really appreciate that he didn’t make up a false repair need. He said the only thing we might consider adding at some point would be a more extensive air filtration system to clean the air inside the home, but was not hard sell. I understand why all the reviews on Magnolia Heating are all so favorable. Use them. You will not regret it. And if I do put in the air filtration system (will help with allergies) I will definitely use them. Thanks John!

Edward, Steve, and Raymond just left our house. What a group of hard working craftsmen! We used our Hero loan to get a tank less water heater and a whole house fan both installed by these conscientious workers. We could not be more thrilled with their work over the last 2 days. So if you want to stay cool or need some hot water, come to our house or call Magnolia Heating and Cooling! Fantastic!

This service is GREAT! My old unit was ineffective, for sure. John from Magnolia spent hours with me explaining this new furnace and air conditioner. He was so patient. Then Steve came the next day and determined, with us, what model we needed. He called the next day to say that we didn’t need that big a unit (5 ton) and that a 4 ton for our big house was plenty; we saved $ 1000. They aren’t the cheapest; however, they go over and above to get it right the first time. My installers – Edward, Raymond, and Robert – worked hard over two days and then offered to bring my big trash cans from the curb! They were diligent and kind. Really — This was a great experience – and every room in my house is cool!!!

I can’t say enough about the guys from MHC. I had a Trane air conditioner and heater installed. The guys were friendly and proficient while working in my home. I also had them install a Nexia home security system. I love being able to monitor my home on my iphone while I am away.

When our original air conditioner died, a rep from Magnolia Heating and Cooling came out, evaluated our needs, and showed us several options and explained the pros and cons of each. We chose a middle of the road option. It works beautifully. Not only is it efficient, but it costs much less than our older unit did to run.

Magnolia Heating and Air went above and beyond to make sure we got just the system we needed for the budget we wanted to stay in. We own a 101 year old craftsman home and they helped us make it function like a modern home, but were very mindful of it’s old charm. They spent extra time with us to make sure the system would be as low profile as possible, while also making sure that all of our needs were met. Their technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They got the work done when they said they would and were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them!

They came out when our air conditioner broke in the middle of summer and gave us my mother a quote for a whole replacement that would be over a thousand dollars. We contacted a different company that came out and fixed the existing unit for a couple hundred dollars. That was over a year ago now and everything is fine. I wrote to them to tell them that I felt they were trying to take advantage of my mother and I got a snarky reply saying how it was only a «bandaid» and their overall tone was condescending. It was was rude and unprofessional. If my a/​c does ever break (or as you put it «and when your system does fail») I’ll be sure to call someone else. And please don’t reply to my review, you’ve been rude enough already in your last reply.

Here we go again. These guys are just way too HONEST! I called these guys out last year to do some work on my Rental property in Riverside. No up selling, no none sense. What I did get was them showing up on time and got system throughly checked out as promised. Now several months later, I decided to ask them to come out to my home in Corona to checkout my heater which another company that does business with Costco said needed to be replaced because of a leaking gas valve. Well, John from Magnolia comes out (on time) checks out my heater, finds the leak, fixes the leak and completes a through check of the rest of my system.. . Done! No cross selling, no B.S. just honest professional service. Wow, how refreshing is that! Magnolia Heating and Air is on my speed dial from here on out.

Our Technician was John. Our heater was stuck with the blower on. We called and had a same day appointment. John was great, went up into the attic, measured the heat output, reset the furnace, checked the thermostat. It really didn’t take that long and it was fixed.
Affordable, nice people — this was our third time using them and they always deliver. Highly recommend!

Magnolia has done an outstanding job on my AC/​Heating system for years. They have redesigned an old system and installed a split, highly efficient system that has saved me money and permits me to control areas in my house. Recently they installed a tsankless water heatyer that has saved 50% of my gas costs.

We had a rather shady company quote us 4 grand to fix our AC and they did not even give me a copy od the quote. Magnolia sent John out I was impressed. John walked me through what he found step by step. Explained my options and sent me a quote right then to my email

Great Service! I called to schedule an appointment to check my unit since it was not cooling. Their rep who answered was pleasant, very knowledgeable and gave me their specials at the time I called for service. The Tech, Josh came in did a diagnostic on the unit outside as well as the inside, found my problem! Yay! I have cool air. Josh was so nice, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He did a great job, was quick to find problem and had it up and running. Price was very reasonable and their special saved me money! I would recommend highly and will use them again! A big Thank You!

Fast and dependable. We called from Angie’s list reviews. So pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded and when we decided to install mini-​split ac units, they were done with repair to our existing and installation of new within one week. We were offered 0% 5 year financing with Trane equipment and that made the whole deal fantastic. We’re happy and our new system is economical, quiet and coooolll. Installers and technician were very professional and quite nice fellows too.
p. s. The other companies we called seemed to be in no hurry to assist us with estimates on a new system. Don’t understand that business motivation!!!

Great company. Had Bruce come out to give a quote on a new AC/​heat system and he was honest, knowledgeable and professional. No pressure at any point in the process. Also, I had Magnolia do a cleaning and check up on my AC and furnace.
