History

Established in 2009.

I am a professional independent cake designer. I graduated culinary school in 2009, and decided to start my own personal baking business. I have worked for a couple bakeries in the Inland Empire, and am still learning as I grow. I specialize in Hello Kitty cakes, and thrive on baking challenges. I am very blessed to see my business grow and blossom through out the years, and hope that one day I will open up my own bakery!

Meet the Business Owner

Marci A.

Business Owner

I first started off in the medical field as a nurse and worked at different hospitals. But as the years went by I found my soul unsatisfied. Of course like any normal person who loves to eat, loves to watch the foodnetwork… and that sure enough got me inspired to go to culinary school and learn to cook like a real cook. During my time in culinary school, i found to be drawn to pastries a lot more than food, so i took a cake decorating class, which was a requirement anyway. I hated it. i hated the fact of how long it would take me to decorate a cake, i just didn’t have the patience for it. but one day a fellow class mate told me to keep practicing, that i will get better. so i did, and sure enough, i fell in love. There isn’t a day that goes by that i don’t think about a cake… i think i fell in love with cakes hard!
