Worst news: ITS THE BEST RACK EVER!
I’ve been to other Nordstrom racks and I’ve always had the hardest time looking for anything that I like. This Nordstrom rack has been my target. You know, come in for one thing… end up leaving with the whole store. They have good selections from shoes to house goods. My husband too loves coming here. It has been our go to store. In fact, we’ll be heading out this morning for wedding goods. Keep up the great customer service and don’t ever close down… we beg you!

If you want to get the brand name shoes with very best price, go to Nordstrom rack. I have been a Nordstrom customer for 23 years, and I love it so much.

Every time I go into this location, the staff is so rude. I will not be a returning costumer.

I find the cutest stuff here for the best prices! I shop at Nordstrom a lot and I was so excited when this place opened up! It’s my new go to place when I need last minute outfits!

One of my favorite stores, it feels luxury once you walk in, with the luxurious names. Lately, I been coming back at least every 2 weeks. The only downfalls, waiting in line.

Decent stuff, not my favorite location but for the area it’s definitely a step towards shopping progression. The options of the handbags are nice and sometimes seemed better than the standard Nordstrom at the local mall in the area.

I’ve been to few locations and this is my favorite store! The selection is great and service is good!

This is THE BEST Nordstrom Rack. Always clean, plenty of stock that is well organized, and lots of great, friendly employees. I’m here a little bit too much, according to my husband, but it’s really not my fault. Nordstrom is to blame, once again, for all the problems in the world (it’s a joke people). ;-)
Love this Nordstrom Rack and I will continue to be a loyal customer… husband sighs a long suffering sigh. ;p

Went Christmas shopping there today and found tons of great gifts. So happy I that I was able to find something for all my family members. This Nordstrom rack is very clean compared to the one at Ontario mills

As far as nordstrom racks go, I’m not a fan of this one. The men’s section is very small. And after a conversation with a sales girl, I caught the drift that this location got other nordstrom rack leftovers.
I really don’t want to waste too much time writing about this place to be honest.
Also, I went in with a shirt I bought from them, it’s their own brand for Christ’s sake and I was treated like I was crazy. I feel nordstrom needs to shape up this location. I will not be back. Off to Chino hills it is. =(

While this is a large, new and very bright and clean store, the selection falls a bit flat.
No big brand designer items to be found this trip.
I had to take care of an online return here and they were very fast and polite and took care of my issue quickly.
Not worth rushing back to, but descent and a good addition to the area.

Always find what I am looking for and when I did have a return they were nice and helpful.

I love this Nordstrom Rack! Im a huge fan of Nordstrom Rack in general, but this location in particular has a big selection of Size 5 shoes and rings. I do have one complaint – I wish they came out with more newer styles in their smaller sizes. I regularly come here almost every other week & definitely every month (even though I live in Vegas) and each time I’ve come back they still had the same selections that they always had. Otherwise, great shop, very clean, and great service!

Did you know: Nordstrom Rack’s return policy is that you can return items within NINETY days?! Don’t like the ridiculous toe socks you bought on impulse? Return it tomorrow! Found the cardigan you thought looked nice two months ago but you saw Tracy wearing it in 4^th period yesterday? Return it when your borderline pedophilish college boyfriend gets out of work!
Also, I got a bucket hat for $ 7 that retailed at $ 40. That’s a savings of $ 33! So now you shouldn’t want to cry inside the next time your girlfriend wants to order the Filet Mignon but you’re hesitant cause you’re a cheap SOB.
THEN WHY ONLY 4 STARS, MICHAEL?!
I’ll tell you why. It’s cause the dude that rang me up was flirting with the lady customer before me. No, no, no. I’m not even upset that he’s taking a little long just to see if he can get a new entry in his phone book. Go ahead, man! I get it; it’s a lonely world! I’m upset because when he realized that the following customer, me, had the same genitalia as him, he got rude.

This Nordstrom Rack is solid. They have a great selection of items and their prices are good. Its a great place to update your wardrobe.

I love the Rack. It’s local for me and it carries nice things. All the employees I have encountered have been very friendly and helpful. I got some of my favorite dresses, running shorts, and sandals from this Nordstom Rack.

Something really shady is going on at this store. I purchased a Michael Kors leather jacket on sale for $ 150 at the Nordstrom Rack in Ontario Mills. This was a large though and I wanted a medium, which was not in stock. The staff at Ontario Mills told me to purchase the large to lock in the one-​day-​only sales price, but that a medium was being held for me in Riverside.
The next day, I went to Riverside and the medium was gone! Their computers said it was still in the store, but I talked to several people, including the weekend manager, who said it was «lost» and a common thing to happen in «such a big store». After half an hour of figuring out what was going on, I asked to order it from a different Rack and have it shipped to my house. I paid for a second jacket (in medium), but kept the original jacket (in large) just in case.
Two weeks later, the medium arrives at my house and I go to return the large at my local Bay Area Rack. My cashier was super confused, because my receipt from Riverside indicated that I had returned the large and exchanged it for a medium (the missing one!). I had some trouble returning the large, since the receipt was for a medium!
What I think really happened is that they have an issue with employee theft and processing this fake exchange accounted for this missing jacket in their store system. Practically, a random person is not going to steal a jacket with a huge anti-​theft device attached so it only makes sense to me that the jacket being held for me «disappeared» with a store employee.
