Our neighborhood had a bit of wind a few weeks ago that flattened a few wooden fences. These houses were built in 1991 so most of the fences were 25 years old. The neighbor three doors down was having Paramount install a new vinyl fence. I walked down and watched the crew as they worked. I decided that these were the guys I wanted installing my fence. I asked one of the workmen for contact information, which he provided with a smile, and then off back to work he went. I called the number, they came out for an estimate the next day, I said OK and they cam out four days later.
The installation was done in one day; 200 feet of fence, a gate and a double gate for a car. about $ 1000 less than an estimate I had gotten from a major home improvement chain.
One unexpected thing that I have noticed, the back yard is quieter now.

Paramount was the third of three bids to replace our wind damaged wood fence. We went with Paramount because they were by far the lowest bidder, best quality materials best professionalism and their lifetime warranty. They came out within a week, took the old fence out and got the new one in in 7 hours. Great company, I highly recommend them!

End your search now! Go with this company! Trust me, you will not be disappointed. From day one they were extremely responsive and communication was excellent! Todd was outstanding and exemplifies what customer service should be about… Satisfying the customer. Beyond that, they were priced better than any other bid I got and the quality of work was great. The fence looks amazing and very high quality. I cannot express how great my experience was with them. It was more than Just buying a fence, you can tell they care! Requested a quote on their website since my neighbor recommended them. Website says they service San Diego, but when they called back they said they don’t any more. I brought up needing to change their website and the seemingly friendly receptionist told me they just stopped yesterday. As soon as I mentioned writing a Unilocal review she hung up on me. I wouldn’t trust them to build my fence at this point. Very unprofessional.
Edited to add that the owner called me just now (after writing this review) and was very apologetic.

We had four fence bids. We went with Paramount fence (two offices one in Riverside and another in Escondido) Communication sold us on this company. If we had a question follow up never lagged behind. Brittanie was our estimator and she always answered our text or any concerns. If she could not answer our question she involved Todd. Todd was wonderful! He wants to make the customer happy. He knows fencing very well. They installed 300 plus feet of black vinyl chain link fencing with top rail and several drive gates /​walk gates. And they do wood! I love my wood courtyard his team installed. It was just as I visualized it. Todd sees the job through. He and Brittanie finalized the materials and final contract before starting the job. His office staff called us everyday the crew was on the job to make sure things are going well and that we were satisfied with the work. Customer service is built into this business. Yes we would use them again!

We had 3 quotes for new wooden fencing at our new house. All were pretty well comparable. We decided to go with Paramount and are glad we did. The guys were friendly and on time. The work was completed in good pace. One thing I’d like To give these guys praise for is we had a slight communication error with part of the work and i wasn’t fully happy with the outcome. This is after they were paid in full. They still made the effort to stay in contact with me and return to tweak what needed tweaking. That’s something you don’t get too often now days. Full customer service and satisfaction. Thanks Paramount we would recommend you to our friends and family.

They have made me almost cry ~ my fence is so beautiful. I will never go anywhere else. This fence they put their heart and soul in it, they perfected it and perfected it again. I will forever love this company. Brightened my day. Will hire them again for the other side of the front and then chain link for the backyard. Honest and hardworking.

We recently bought a house in La Verne and we needed to put in a fence ASAP to keep our young kids safe from the pool. After reading the Unilocal reviews I called Paramount and Todd got back to me the same day. He came out the next day and provided an estimate — it was very fair and I decided to go with Paramount. And then Todd was able to shuffle the schedule a bit to get started the next weekend. Chris and another guy did the work and were pretty efficient, although they did show up about 2 hours after they said they would and were not able to finish that day. But they came back the next day and put the finishing touches on. All was well until my sprinklers came on 2 days later and I found out they had cut one of my irrigation pipes and water/​mud was now rushing into my pool (to their credit half the fence was on a slope/​hill, so they probably didn’t see the sprinkler lines and it couldn’t have been easy to build on the slope). I called Todd pretty upset but they got out there right away and installed a new pipe for my sprinklers. And since my pool required a serious cleaning, Todd even paid the pool cleaning fee to make it right (they sent me a check about a week later reimbursing me). My fence has held up great so far and it’s kept the kids safe. Although it was sort of a rocky project with the pool debacle at the end, I was very impressed with the work performed and I’d recommend Paramount.

Had several companies out to get bids on our fencing project and finally decided to go with Paramount due them offering the same quality product with their competitors at a reasonable price. Initial planning went well with Todd and he answered all my questions. The crew arrived right on time and completed the work on schedule. Chris (operation supervisor) kept me updated on all progress.

Due to a lack of communication between the employees or otherwise, my fence was not installed per my initial request. Chris came out and literally tore out about half my fence and installed it new. No arguments at all, they just sincerely wanted to make it right. I work with a lot of contractors owning many properties and I am rarely so impressed. I would very highly recommend them.

Paramount Fence Builders did an excellent and fantastic job for a chain link fence project at my commercial site. They’re professional, quick and have the best competitive pricing based from my shopping. Here’s the break down of my experience:
Professional crew — Todd Cresio, the President, was willing to stop by my location to survey the site while other companies had no interest to. Simple job or not, for a business owner to take their time to overlook the job shows me that this company cares at what they do. Chris, the operational manager, is very knowledgeable at his trade skill and overall a very nice guy. That also applies to his crew members.
Quick service — Just amazing how fast they can zip up a fence. Simple as that.
Competitive pricing — Here is where I found to be the best characteristic of this company. I have shopped around a number of fence companies for estimates and you would be surprised of how random their quotes are and how much they could have taken from you. Paramount Fence Builders, even without knowing what their competitors’ pricing are, right off the bat had the best pricing. Quality of the work was not sacrificed or compromised either.

Excellent job by Todd Crescio and his team. Todd was professional, on time, accurate and organized. He made the entire transaction seamless and easy. His crew showed up on the date expected and worked until after dark to finish the job. Old fence taken down, new fencing installed, cleaned up — hauled away. Perfect! The new fencing looks terrific and adds to the value of our home. We have recommended Paramount to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so.

Todd and his crew worked on our fence removal and replacement in Chino. He communicated well with all three neighbors involved in the transaction. They guys worked all day and kept us informed and worked out a very fair price when unexpected additional work was required. Great work and a good price. We are definitely happy neighbors!
