Paul began a private practice in Long Beach, CA. using the name Human Options. Paul moved to Riverside in late, 2006.

Paul is currently in private practice in downtown Riverside, and a group facilitator for caregivers hosted by Sunrise Assisted Living in Canyon Crest/​Riverside. Paul received his Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton in 1982 and his California License for Marriage, Family and Child Counseling in 1985, holds a certificate in Gerontology from CSUF, and is certified in EMDR. He has a 25+ year history of work affecting hundreds of lives, has been described as bright, caring, and sensitive; perfectly suited for work with adult and juvenile survivors of abuse, and trauma, his specialty.
