Perfect Temp Air And Heat

Had my unit serviced and repaired back in February of this year (2016) and lo and behold today when I went to actually use my ac to cool my home warm barely moving through system air came out. So I called and was told they would not come back out unless my home insurance sent them and that they only guarantee their work for of 30 days. Are you kidding me??? I will not be recommending this company to anyone around me or that I may run into over time ever.

I filed a claim with my home warranty because I believed both my units had freon because they were not blowing cold air. Perfect Temp was assigned my case through my home warranty. Their tech came out located the leaks and filled my units up with freon. They have been running great since the repairs. I relayed liked that the tech explained everything to me as he went and then at the end before he left. He was professional.

Terrific customer service. They made a service call to my house two days before they were supposed to even though they were already busy, they squeezed us into their schedule the very same day we got scheduled. My AC unit was fixed quickly and the issues it was having were explained thoroughly. Professional, courteous and caring company, they have gained my trust and business.

I called my home warranty company when my AC wasn’t working. They referred me to this company. When I called this company to see when they could come, their receptionist was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. She said they could come Thursday and I asked what time because I had an appointment that day and might need to rearrange my schedule? She said she didn’t know. I asked for a time frame she said she couldn’t give me that. I said can’t you tell me morning, afternoon, or evening so I have some kind of an idea. She said no but maybe in the evening but I don’t know. She then asked «do you want to be on the schedule that day or not». I said well I guess I don’t have a choice do I. She said sure you do, you can call someone else. So I did. All I can say is WOW! I can’t believe this is their idea of customer service. I would hate to see how their technicians operate if this is how the scheduling person behaves. What a joke. It’s probably why they do work for an insurance company because nobody else in their right mind would be willing to hire them with that kind of customer service. I was very unimpressed.

My experience with Perfect Temp had been great from day one. They are hardworking, upfront, professional and fair. Fatima in the office was wonderful, she communicates and was always pleasant. Taz and the crew didn’t leave my house until they knew the work was complete and correct.
What I really appreciate about this company is that they don’t try to bankrupt you. They tell you your options and show you what you need… not just talk.

Perfect temp is the go to company for ur ac needs!!! They were awesome. They repaired my ac unit for a great deal. They were professional and very informative. Any question I had the technician answered in a way that I understood it perfectly without scratching my head.

This company is a complete joke. I have had them out to my house 6 times now, because that who was hired by my home warranty company. All they did was put incorrect parts creating more damage to my ac unit than should have been. Don’t know the techs name that came out, but when I hired in an outside company to diagnose the problem they spoke with each over the phone, and tech from perfect temp he didn’t know what the hell is was talking about. Then perfect temp tech storms over to my house making accusations about the faulty and incorrect parts that was installed on my ac unit. Definitely do not use this company.

This place is so great. When my warranty didn’t cover a bad installation job these guys came out and gave me a great price and showed my husband exactly what was wrong. We called and even though they were booked they squeezed us in so my one year old wouldn’t swelter in the heat! Highly recommend!

I was referred to this business by my brother. HVAC companies can be very hit-​and-​miss with some being just plain shady. I knew my brother would have someone I could trust and I was right. Our upstairs heater stopped working and it was still quite cold at night. The ladies in the house really complained about it and I thought if I wanted to live to see Spring, I better get the heater fixed.
I called Perfect Temp and spoke with Fatima. She was very pleasant and said she would send «Taz» right out to take a look. Taz arrived and enthusiastically set about diagnosing the problem. About 90 minutes later, poor Taz climbed down from the attic and dejectedly said he was stumped. He assured me he had never failed to diagnose a problem in the past and apologized for the delay in the repair. He indicated he would be calling the heater manufacturer customer service line first thing Monday morning and he would return to fix the problem. He returned as promised and again spent about 90 minutes in the attic. At this point, I knew something was seriously wrong and I was more than a little worried about the bill.
Taz came down the ladder and again said he could not figure out the problem. He asked if he could bring another technician with him when he returned and I agreed. The day before he was to return, Fatima called and asked if Taz could come by «tonight.» I was surprised, but agreed to be home at 8:30 PM. At 8:30 sharp, Taz and his fellow technician arrived and climbed into the attic. Within about 30 minutes, they had the heater repaired and were packing up to leave. It turned out that a part was bad and because of a loose ground wire that was just loose enough to screw things up, the diagnostic machine could not get the correct reading. Together, Taz and his co-​worker figured it out and all was right in my world again.
Now, I’m thinking Taz and his company have spent close to 5 man-​hours working on my heater, not to mention the replacement part I had to buy. I got the bill and I was very pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was. I am not going to list the price, but let me say this, it was MUCH lower than I expected it to be.
A few weeks later, my tenant called to tell me the heater in my rental property was out. I called Perfect Temp and Taz had it handled in no time. Again, the price was very fair. I am extremely pleased with Perfect Temp and especially with Taz. Please give them a try the next time your HVAC is on the fritz. I am certain you won’t be disappointed.
