Pretty in Pink Salon

I tried this salon for the 1^st time today! I was soooo impressed with Angie she was amazing and soooo professional with not only myself but she even cut my 6 year old sons hair! I will definitely be going back!

I love this place and have been coming here for literally years. This is the best place to come to get eyelash extensions. Erika is reasonably priced, highly professional, and the best in the business in my opinion. My lashes always look on point. Love love love this Salon.

Erika does my lashes and is the best!!! I’ve tried other places and no one compares to her work! She knows what she is doing and I love her work. If you are thinking of getting your lashes done is no one better !! She is really sweet too

Just love her work! «Erika» is a very talented and gifted artist. She is exceptionally bright with a keen wit and earthly soul. I cherish my visits with her. When I leave my appointment I feel beautiful… Wouldn’t have anybody but her do my lashes, last but not least I get complimented daily on how nice my lashes are. Thank you Erika…

I heard about this salon on Facebook. It was being advertised as 3-​d brows. I have had my brows tattooed in the past (permanent makeup) so I knew what the process was.
I made the appointment. A week before my appointment the girl (Erika) text me that she was «running 20 minutes» late. I told her my appointment wasn’t until the following week. «Sorry wrong client». No big deal.
The day of my appointment, I arrive 5 minutes early and she texts me «running 20 minutes late». Okay, so now this is a pattern. I waited for her which ended up being 30 minutes.
Lay down on the table bed thing and she’s talking and doing something to my face and BAM she starts slicing me up. I signed no waiver. Filled out no paperwork, and didn’t even see what she had planned to do.
The ENTIRE time she was talking about her ex-​husband and how he was/​is a Marine and super bad ass. And how everyone at the salon was scared of him. And that he was abusive. She talked about how high maintenence she is, etc. It was really unprofessional, honestly.
When she was done, I looked at it and it looked like shit. She told me it was different and I’ll get used to it.
I text her twice to let her know it wasn’t healing well and it looked funky. She kept assuring me that it looked great and to get a touch up.
I was obviously unhappy and I got a second opinion to see if what she did was normal and the response I got was basically, «Oh my God!».
She left me with crooked eyebrows, scars on my eye lids, and just nasty texture.
I can’t even get it re-​done because everyone I’ve gotten a consult from says it’s too phucked up to fix and I just have to let it fade.
Luckily it’s fading since I didn’t get the touch up and it doesn’t look as bad as it initially was and I can fix it with makeup.

Beware!!! I was quoted one price online made an appointment. After the service my hair was orange/​red mind you I have blonde highlights. After my hair was ruined she charged me over what was initially quoted. I even showed her the message that indicated the cost that was quoted Via Facebook. I will never come here again! I would not recommend this salon at all. I had to go have my hair corrected. BTW Dominique did my hair.

I love my eyelash extensions! Erika is the best. I always get compliments on how natural my lashes look. People ask me not knowing if they are real or extensions. That’s a compliment to the great job she does.

Absolutely loved this place very cute and welcoming, my Hair was done by Dominique She is amazing ! She gave me exactly what I wanted you must see her if your looking for a stylist.

Can’t say enough about the wonderful work Yuri does, she just did miracles on my hair. 200% exceeded my expectations. After MULTIPLE epic failures on going blonde, Yuri was able to get my hair exactly how I wanted it, it actually looked better than what I had in mind… and she was able to do it in one sit down. My hair looked horrendous and super ghetto before Yuri… I now have a sexy, classy blonde. For many, many years I have been unhappy with every hairstylist I found… and I tell you, I will never again let anyone else lay hands on my hair.

I found this salon on groupon. They had a great deal and great reviews so I decided to try them out. I called and scheduled an appointment. Came in on the day of my appointment about 10 – 15 minutes early. The salon was in a good location and is very nice inside.
One of the stylists there let me know the girl that was going to cut my hair would arrive shortly. Almost an hour later and she has not arrived. The stylist there tells me that my stylist had a doctors appointment and is still there and would not make it. She tells me to come back the next day.
I come back the next day only to be told by a different stylist that the girl that was supposed to cut my hair is on vacation for a few weeks so she she doesn’t know how I had an appointment with her. She tells me she doesn’t accept groupon but decides to take me anyways because she felt bad so she basically did it for free. (Yes I did tip her) I thought it was nice of her to take me especially because she was working on a few other clients as well.
While she was cutting my hair she answered her phone twice. The first time it was a client and she stepped aside to make an appointment which I did not mind at all, I understand you want to book appointments. The second time however, was a personal phone call. She cut my hair while on the phone. She had her phone on her shoulder while cutting my hair.
My haircut looked terrible. I did not realize how terrible it looked until I got home. It was completely uneven and looked like I had a mullet.
I was very excited to try this salon out but ended up being disappointed.

Did visit the salon this week with my 4 year old daughter. Megan gave my daughter a full «going to the salon» experience, she was lovely. The haircut turned out well, but we didn’t ask for anything extraordinary. The receptionist was rather cold, I would expect more enthusiasm when talking with a first time client. I used a groupon, so look for one if you decide to try out this place, but be prepared to have to wait for your appt. I had to wait 10 days until I could call again for an appt bc «the person that handles the groupons will not be here for a week and a half». So customer service is not great.

I’m not one to ever write a bad review but this place is not my favorite right now. Since I moved from Orange County it hasn’t been easy to find a good salon. This place is tacky, horrible customer service and unprofessional.
My stylist Flor called in sick & if you know you’re feeling sick the night before please give your clients a courtesy email (since style seat sends tons of emails anyway) don’t just reassign them to someone else. That’s were the loyalty goes out the door as a business owner. There is none!
I’m sure she has her clients but it seems like she doesn’t welcome new clients.
Don’t waste your time. You’re better off at Carlton at Tyler Mall. You’re paying the same price for low quality hair products and horrible customer service. And not to mention the salon is a little rundown. Never again.
Like I said, it extremely rare to ever make me feel a certain way about a certain place because I like to look at the positive point of view of everything but no one deserves this type of experience especially when it comes to your hair.

I had 3d eybrows done by Erica and I absolutely love them! I had very thin eyebrows that I had to fill in everyday now I don’t have to do anything to them. I would recommend 3d brows you anyone looking to have a natural looking brow.

Today was my second time coming to get my hair done. I absolutely love this place! I came in the summer through a groupon and Jackie at the time had done my hair and it was a great experience over all. Now I decided to come back but this time Jackie had already left and I was told Eva was going to do my hair. They said they would honor the groupon I had purchased back in the summer for cut, style, and blowout. Let me just say Eva is the sweetest girl ever! She took her time and listened to what I really wanted done with my hair. She was very attentive and bubbly, which made my experience even better! I love the outcome and this salon is definitely my go to salon now! I highly recommend Eva such a sweetheart! Thank you for all you did and hopefully see you soon in the near future!

Yuri the jedi master with scissors. I loved the transformation she gave me, my hair was boring and uneven. She knew exactly what she was doing, & I’m glad I trusted her even though it was my first time. I’ve had so many bad experiences lately but I think I found my Holy grail salon.

I tried calling and texting for an appointment several times, but no one would get back to me. I am disappointed, since the reviews seemed very positive. I ended up booking an appointment with another salon.

Erika does the most amazing facials. She really knows skin care. I had some issues with acne And since I’ve been going to Her regularly, My skin has never looked better.

Flor was great she made me feel great about my hair and makeup she knows for sure what she is doing
Her staff did a great job on all my bridesmaids we looked amazing more than what we expected

From beautiful décor with shinny chandeliers and pinks to best Stylist in the area. Prices are very reasonable– I traveled all the way to long beach to get my hair done, now I found flor witch does a better job for half the price!
They also do make up and eye lash extensions.
you will love coming to this salon. Ask for Flor for color or any other for cuts.
Their work is stunning :)
