I can’t say enough great stuff about this company, Brian is an awesome owner and as others have stated, works and speaks straight from the heart. His team of installers were incredible.
It seems strange to say so much good about this company like it’s a perfect company but our experience was suburb. We will be hiring them again to do more work for us.

We hired Protek to install marble flooring in our formal living areas, as well as renovate our staircase to include staining and installing solid maple stair treads and painted risers. Working with Brian and his team was a pleasure. Brian is quick to respond to any questions and concerns, and offers unsolicited construction advice, which empowers the homeowner in making, what could be, better design and installation decisions. This is particularly important when a job includes transitional work of several spaces or material at one time as there is «an order» as to how and what should be done first, second, third, etc. This type of knowledge and expertise is paramount as one does not want to ruin and risk the integrity of work already completed by engaging it again because of a poor decision that was made based on void and ignorance of knowledge. You can rely on Brian to suggest there may be a better way, if there is one. The labor half of his team’s work is another job well done you can count on. Any questions or concerns are quickly followed up on and resolved, as it is apparently very important that Brian feels his clients should be happy and satisfied with the level of quality of work and customer care they have to offer. We would definitely consider Protek for future projects, and also recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

Brian and his crew are the BEST! Since I’ve only heard nightmare stories about contractors, I was pretty concerned with less than 2 weeks to improve the house I bought before I moved in. Brian was extremely professional — honest, patient, reassuring, flexible — I was SO pleasantly surprised. ProTek completed refloored, painted, and installed new lighting in my home in about 1 ½ weeks. Brian provided detailed estimates, understood my timeline and budget, and gave me very valued advice and suggestions all along the way. I realized this is exactly the way I want to be perceived in my own service industry. I loved his crew — all very friendly and respectful. And these guys know how to do almost anything! I will use them again and again!

I called ProTek Flooring because of all the excellent reviews and I have to say it was the best decision I’ve made in awhile. Brian returned my call quickly and then came out right away to give me an estimate. It’s all itemized so you can see where every penny is going. He didn’t seem to mind all the questions I asked nor did he complain when I texted him multiple times over the next few days. He always responded within minutes. He is a wealth of knowledge and is extremely patient and friendly. He suggested a particular flooring based on what I told him we wanted and what our previous issues had been. It turned out amazing and I can’t thank him enough. As so many others have said, he has the best crew around. Every single guy was friendly, respectful and honest. They cleaned up at the end of each day and went above and beyond. The best part is the price he gives you is the price you actually pay. We will never ever call anyone else ever ever ever ever again. They do so much more than floors. They finished yesterday and I’m already looking forward to his quote on the master bathroom. I can’t recommend ProTek Flooring enough.

Brian and his crew just finished our floors. They look amazing! They did a great job. Brian is a pleasure to work with. Came out quickly to do the estimate and started the job soon thereafter. They are diligent workers with great ethics. They cleaned up well before they left. We’ll be using them again for future projects.

Excellent. That’s all that needs to be said. Brian gave us a great price and the work crew, Luis, Manuel and Jose did an outstanding job. We had tile work done on 3 bathrooms and all came out fantastic. Bath 1 was a brand new bath and involved new tile floor and new shower stall. Installation was excellent and the the tiles were so level and straight that the shower door guy commented on the great work. Bath 2 was just replacing the tile floor, no problems. Bath 3 was the master and involved removing the small 4″ white tile around the tub and shower stall. The crew took their time and remove each tile individually so as to not damage the concrete under the tile. The finished product turn out great. Luis is very precise on laying and installing the tiles. We highly recommend them and the work they did was very professional.

If I could give a 10 star rating I would for Brian and his crew! I chose ProTek flooring over my other two estimates because of Brian’s polite, and professional demeanor! We had most of our carpet and tile replaced with laminate flooring and new baseboards installed throughout the house. Brian was very helpful in choosing the laminate, making suggestions for optimal results. These men are honest, courteous, and nice to have around when working. Brian answered any questions, and returned my calls promptly. They started when promised and worked diligently til the job was done on Wednesday evening. They cleaned up after the installation and disposed of all old materials. I had some questions, after the job was completed, and Brian came back the day I called to answer any of my concerns. I hope to do business with this company in the future for new countertops in our kitchen! Way to go Brian and ProTek Flooring! By the way… the flooring looks amazing and the new baseboards are a beautiful finishing touch!

My mother hired Brian and his crew to redo our entire downstairs. We love our new hardwood laminate floors and tile bathroom. The crew worked around the clock. They are really fun to be around and we are planning to use them for our upstairs bathrooms and halls. We highly recommend them. Call them first!
