Riverside Patio ‘N Pool

Both times we have tried to schedule something with Riverside Patio and Pool it has been horrible. First for an estimate to replace the sealant at the coping of our pool, they showed up late. Then on the day of install they were 45 minutes late. It was not until I called them to find out where they were. that they informed me we would need to reschedule because they had another job to do. Evidently, that customer’s business is more important than mine. People take time off work to be available for appointed services. I have lost a day of work, and still no sealant around my pool. Their customer service is abysmal.

This was the best customer service I have had in a long time. I was not over sold anything and it was the best $ 41 I’ve spent on my pool pump. Mark was extremely enthusiastic about fixing my pool pump motor for me. I definitely recommend Riverside patio and pool.

Mark is honestly such a ray of sunshine. He was so helpful after bog era pools sent me here for my chemicals. He was very informative and gave me a great price and even gave a floaty to my nephew who chewed a hole in it haha. I’m so glad I was sent here because I know that I am I’m good hands with my new pool. I had an accident getting Chlorine in my eye and accidentally put all the chemicals in the pool that were supposed to last the month. I had to go buy all new ones and mark was so understanding and helped me again on the cost all on my mistake. I won’t be touching chlorine anymore since I am accident prone so I will be having his pool service maintain my pool levels for me. It’s about the excitement of finding a great babysitter for your kid except the kid is my pool and the baby sitter is mark. Thanks again and look forward to our future business !!!

The folks at Riverside Patio & Pool are the best anywhere. Knowledgeable, friendly, great pricing, and as honest as the day is long. I do all my own pool servicing, so my interactions are mostly about water balance and picking up my pool chems (although Mark just saved my bacon on a failed pump issue!!). They seriously know their stuff.
If I needed to have a crew come out and manage my pool, RP&P would be the ONLY folks I’ve have handle it. Mark and the whole staff are top-​notch. Give ‘em a try!

Matt gave me a quote for removal of a diving board from my pool. The cost was $ 125. The crew showed up Friday, March 21. Got the job done in a couple of hours. Left the concrete smooth and clean. Did a great job. Very satisfied.
