EXCELLENT!!! Our family has been going to Dr Mohn’s Dental Office for over two decades. We love Dr Mohn and ALL of his staff! We’ve never had a negative experience here. They are all very knowledgeable, very professional, very friendly, VERY GENTLE and always concerned about our welfare and comfort. After several bad experiences at other dental offices, I became very fearful about going to the dentist, and my dental health suffered because of this. NO MORE! I love going to Dr Mohns Office and NEVER MISS an appointment. Our families dental health is outstanding because of Dr Mohn and his staff!!!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Mohn for 15+ years and being someone who hates going to the dentist he makes the visits as pleasant as going to the dentist can be. He cares about your comfort level through the entire visit and if he sees any sign you are uncomfortable he stops and makes sure your not feeling any pain. The front office staff is amazing and does everything they can to accommodate any schedule you may have. Thanks Dr Mohn and staff for making my dentist visits as painless and easy as possible

Fantastic staff, great atmosphere and one of the most skilled dentists in Southern CA. I make a 140mi round trip to see him because I know it doesn’t get any better than his practice.

Finding a competent, skillful, caring, honest dentist is so hard to find and I am so fortunate that (through a referral at work) I was directed to Dr. Mohn’s office. That was 20+ years ago and I dread the thought of ever having to look for someone else. He literally restored my teeth to perfect health and corrected some very poor dental work. His office staff are like family and his hygenists are the very best (no exaggeration)! The office is very inviting and I love the beautiful music, no chance of being offended by vulgar or suggestive lyrics etc. I appreciate the tone of the office, it encourages confidence and puts one at ease, which is what we all need especially when you face serious dental work. I can’t say enough good things. The best recommendation anyone can read is that I refer my loved ones to Dr. Mohn. Currently my mother, daughter and her children see Dr. Mohn. I don’t understand the negative comments I have read here, not my experience at all!

At first I considered the distance being an issue, now, with the dental care I receive I don’t even consider it. I always hated going to the dentist for the long waits and unprofessional dental care I received. At my age, the hygienists still teach me new daily dental care secrets. Thank you for always addressing my dental concerns immediately instead of making me wait weeks to squeeze me! The cutest thing… your goodie bags after visits (takes me back to being a kid). I have been going to Dr Mohns office for years with my family and love this office and staff. They treat me like family and if I am in any pain, the office gets me immediately. They work with my insurance and take care of any questions I may have. The staff and Dr Mohn is #1 in my book. Very gentle and knowledgeable, all my fears of the dentist office are taken away with this office, I am very comfortable. Thank you Dr Mohn and Staff

I rarely complain about doctors or dentists, but felt I had to say something about this practice. This dentist office regularly charges over what our insurance will cover and did not inform us of it until the bill came in the mail (usually for several hundred dollars). I had repeatedly asked them to tell us BEFORE service if the cost was going to be above what our insurance covers (like every other dentist we’ve ever been to) and was assured that would happen. It did not. After the third instance, we stopped going to this office. I wrote a letter of complaint and included it in my last bill payment, and asked to hear back from his office acknowledging our problem, and got no reply. Front desk and business office staff are really rude and condescending. The office also plays Christian contemporary music throughout all exam rooms, so if you don’t like being bombarded by praise tunes while having your work done, don’t go here.

Fantastic staff! I’ve searched for a dental office that was just as good in the San Bernardino-​Redlands-​Loma Linda area: nope. For me it’s a 30 – 40 min drive, but Oh So Worth it! Don’t waste your time looking for a better staff. Well, you can, but why? Well, maybe if you’re bored and have no direction in life, you can search for a better dental staff, and maybe the fountain of youth, and the holy grail. ;)
Btw, these people are very respectful of your time and pain threshold! …for what it’s worth.

Dr. Mohn and his office are wonderful! You won’t find better. He and his staff are friendly, knowledgable, honest, and professional; THE Best!

Excellent dentist very nice but the front staff is so rude it makes you not want to go back, no greeting when you walk in, bite your head off, not polite on the phone. He is the best dentist overall but I dread my appointments because of the staff upfront

Dr. Mohn is the best dentist I’ve ever had! He is incredibly gentle and checks to always make sure that you are mumb when he starts working on your mouth. Very nice dental assistants too.
