I was driving on the freeway when CRACK and a rock hit my windshield on my porsche panamera. I was hopeful that it could be fixed without replacing the windshield, as new windshields are around $ 1000 for that car. I went online and made an appointment. The technician called ahead and came within our time frame. He was an absolute pleasure, and educated me on what was going to happen with my car. He was so friendly and even washed my windows and vacuumed my car at the end! I would highly recommend the service to anyone, and they were able to fix my windshield to the point that you would never see it now. Thanks Safelite!

Had my front windshield done on Saturday Carlos called promptly at 8 to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional he quickly started working on my windsheild. I am fully satisfied with their service give Carlos a raise he was awesome.

This place is great. The service was quick even though one of the guys had to drive to Ontario to get the glass. I came back an hour later with the car so they can get it cleaned and ready for when the window came. When it did it only took less than 30 to install it all. I highly recommend this place

First appointment the technician showed up with the wrong windshield for my truck and tried to convince me to use it. I had to reschedule a new appointment with the correct windshield. The installation went quick but the installation quality was bad. The rubber trim around the window was wavy and the windows whistles at 45+ MPH. I now have to pay twice the price to get a new windshield and to have it installed correctly.

Had an appointment and was taken care of immediately. The whole process took about an hour to replace the from windshield. These guys are fast, friendly, and professional! Highly recommend.

Nice facility! Clean restroom. Complimentary Krug coffee and water. Changeable DIRECTV my kids got to watch cartoons. Morning was nice no one was there but us. Appointment was at 9 o’clock I was out by 9:35. They changed my FJ Cruiser Toyota driver side window. They will also come to you for an extra $ 24.

Super friendly employees. They were all very helpful and my wait time was about an hour. The lobby and restroom was super clean as well. The replacement was very affordable.

Over the years I’ve had the windshields of my Miata and tundra pickup replaced here. I’m usually wary of chain service shops, but I was more than happy with the quality of the install, the speed of service, and nobody will beat them on price.

Against my wishes because of all the negative reviews, my husband had his windshield replaced by Safelite on August 8, 2015 & literally a week later he noticed a crack starting from the lower middle & radiated up & out ward, he called the shop where he had it done & they sent someone out to supposedly replace the windshield but when the tech seen the crack he told my husband that the warranty didn’t cover the crack because «he felt» that the windshield had been hit by a small rock & because of that the warranty was not granted. This company is a huge rip off, they charge less than $ 200 which is just a ploy to get your business & they use the cheapest quality of windshield glass that literally only lasts a week. SAFELITE, How do you sleep at night knowing that you take the money of honest hard working people for your own financially gain !!

My car was broken into while I was hiking in Temecula. Called Safelite and made an appointment for the next day. Showed up on time and was out of there within 40 minutes. Professional and Quick. Highly Recommended!

The glass is good. I just got mediocre customer service and my car was dirty from the inside. There’s fingerprints and handprints from this weird residue on my passenger side door and on my dashboard. I expected more but was greatly disappointed. I paid more for nothing. I’ve gotten my windshield replaced before by a guy who is driving on the freeway with this number posted on the side of his truck. I should’ve called him again.

A rock hit my windshield while I was driving on the freeway, and put a large in it. I went to Safelite the very next day and was welcomed right away. The men assessed my car immediately and began working on it. The service was fast and professional and whatever they did to my windshield worked. There is only a tiny little indentation from where the rock hit it and the large crack is gone. They even gave me a warranty in case the crack comes back. Excellent work and you can barely see anything on the windshield. Pure Awesomeness!

I’ve reviewed the Redlands Safelite and have been to this location previously, although with a different vehicle.
My second experience with this location confirmed the first, not bad but really ‘meh’ customer service. Nothing really above and beyond but you definitely get a ‘thank you’ and reasonably good service.
A rock damaged my two month old windshield that had just been replaced at the Redlands facility. I scheduled an appointment and had it fixed the same day. The technology used by Safelite doesn’t completely remove the cracks but minimizes the spread and leaves what looks like a blemish on the windshield. Not really what I was expecting for $ 90, but way better than $ 850 for a new one.

While driving to work i had a rock hit my windshield, and by lunch the crack had grown over half of the windshield probably due to the drastic temp changes.
I Scheduled an apt. on Safelite’s website and it was very easy to schedule the apt. and windshield type for my vehicle. I didn’t even know they had a «Mobile» service, so i selected that, (it was extra charge) but It allows them to come to your house to replace the windshield.
The technician arrived within the time frame provided and was extremely professional. He finished within an hour and left my car looking great. I was very pleased with the windshield and installation. When i went to work the next day i didn’t notice any smell or anything from the installation and was very pleased with the work done.
I was a little afraid of not getting an OEM windshield but the replacement was very similar (had the black dots behind the rear view mirror). I also got the windshield that has a blue fade on the top and it’s really great. The only difference between the safelite and oem is there is no black line that follows the rearview mirror wire, but that’s not really a big deal to me. The glass look so clear and clean, i am very happy with the end results.
The technician will also clean your windows and vacuum out the car also, very nice touch.
