Although we have used this company a few years ago with good results, we are presently very disappointed with them at this point. We wanted to hire them to make some brackets and have some items powder coated done for us. My husband had plans all drawn up on the computer for them. They told us they would call us for an estimate the next day, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Four days later I called and spoke to the secretary, who told me the guys were out in the field, but she would call them and she would call later that day, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. The next day I called again and spoke to one of the guys who gave me Alex’s (the owner) number, for which I could only leave a message asking him that we needed to know an estimate, please call back, THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Yesterday my husband called again spoke to Alex who told him he would check on an estimate and call back that day, this again DID NOT HAPPEN. Today my husband went to pick up the items we left to get powder coated and plans for the brackets and found them in the shop, exactly where they had been put over a week ago. Horrible customer care, I guess we will find another company to take our money.
