I love this place and the people! They are very sweet. Vanessa is the one who treated my mom, my son and I. She was very informative, professional and sweet. I almost cried from being so overwhelmed at this situation and she kept me calm about it. She even had a lot of patience when my son (3) started freaking out when she started combing his hair. Came back for our recheck today, we got rechecked by Shawna who was very sweet. She put on Netflix for my son. Everything was clean just like the first time we came. This place and what they do is worth every penny. I love it but I hope to never have to come here again though! Lol.

Vanessa was our hair dresser during our visit. The whole situation was horrible and terrifying (finding out my family was infested with lice) and Vanessa was AMAZING !! She made a completely horrible situation, bearable. She talked us through it and made us at ease. The facility was clean and kid friendly. She played Netflix for the kiddos and they got to sit on the couch and even use the wifi for their iPads. She really calmed my nerves and assured me she would get rid of every little pesky bug. She was very personable and I enjoyed talking with her. If anyone out there has this unfortunate outbreak, rest assured this place will definitely come to your rescue! Expensive but worth every penny !! Thank you Vanessa and GOD bless you !!!

My daughter came home with head lice and we tried everything and disinfected and treated everything in our house as well as treating everyones head in the house. I spent 6 hours combing my daughters hair out only to find they were still in there. I went to this salon and they were amazing. I was VERY pleased with the outcome. I love how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I was having a major panic attack over getting lice for the first time and I was treated in a very kind, understanding manner. She was very quick and efficient. To top off the excellent service, she even sprayed my driver’s seat to ward off lice. It didn’t matter how many questions I had during or after the appointment because she was happy to answer and help. I’m going back in about a week to ensure the lice is completely gone. I absolutely love their guarantee and service. Hopefully I won’t have to go back, but if I ever have lice again, this will be my place of choice.

They are really nice here. When my son needed treatment they helped him and did a great job, even communicating with all parties involved (school with permission, ex husband, etc.) helping to coordinate everything and answer all questions to get him back to school as quickly as possible!
