After a week of no access to my mailbox, I finally scheduled a time with dimitri. Luckily, he came out the same evening to change my lock so I can finally access my what was sure to be mailbox of wonders. I keep waiting for my publishers clearing house check (do they still do that?) but alas, it was just bills. Nevertheless I thank him for being super nice and appreciating my excitement about the coupon magazine!

I am pleased with Dimitri, I called him a couple times asking several questions about repairing a garage door and he was patient and helpful in answering my questions. I needed the garage door fixed today and as promised the technician met me on scheduled. David, the technician, is knowledgeable & courteous. David took the time to explain the options available and we opted for a new garage unit with 2 remote controls. Happy dance.

Great communication and great customer service. David also found a cracked hinge that I did not notice. He let me know how to maintain my door so it would require less maintenance. I highly recommend.

Friendly and courteous David came out on a Sunday in the time promised, repaired the garage door as fast as he could and even programmed a new opener. Very happy with the service. Will be sure to call if I need help with the garage door again.

Called about my automatic gate that I have been having problems with, it was a GTO unit which I do not recommend. Dimitri was very professional, gave me a great quote and threw me extra remotes and the job was done in one day. the new unit is by Eagle and it works great! I highly recommend Dimitri!

I called them about 7 months ago to help me with a gate that no one could get working. They not only got my gate working but they fixed it better than I expected. Came out within hours and service call and a service call rate much lower than previous company I have called to repair our motorized gate. Dimitri even cut a rusted lock off a small gate to our front yard.
I asked about installing a safety eye to prevent future problems. I had him install it also since he had the parts with him for our model gate opener. They gave a happy ending to an otherwise nightmare of a day.

Looked on Unilocal and Google for a gate company. Our automatic rolling gate wasn’t working properly. Called a few places and found they wanted $ 125 just to look at it? WOW. So hubby found this place, called and they pulled up within the hour. Ended up with a fair price for immediate repair with great service. I’ll be back!
