Source Studio

From the first day I walked in to this studio I felt welcomed and at peace. I have been practicing here for about 2 years now and I can’t imagine being without yoga and this studio in my life now. There are so many different types of classes that can suit many different goals and preferences. I love love love AIReal yoga. I feel like I walk straighter/​taller after the class. Also am loving the newly added ashtanga classes. The teachers are always helpful and caring. If you’re looking for a place to challenge yourself, find yourself, meet awesome people, and learn about yoga… This is the studio! Thank you Mohara for providing this loving welcoming space for me and many others to practice

Yoga was on my bucket list for many years. But I was so intimidated of trying a class for so long. Finally I bought a 3month groupon and started at Source. At the time I was suffering from high anxiety, high blood pressure and work related stress. I was completely new to yoga, but the min I stepped into Source Studio I felt ease. Every Instructor, AND fellow yogi member is so kind, helpful and welcoming. Mohara has a way of creating a Divine peace within the studio. I enjoyed it so much that once my groupon expired I bought a membership. I love all the yoga classes. Slow flow and AIReal being my current favorites. This Studio has changed my life physically, mentally and spiritually I am forever grateful. Prices are extremely reasonable, studio is clean and has everything you need (mats, blankets, blocks) many classes to choose from mon-​sun. I highly recommend this studio! Namaste

Source Studio is a soft landing especially if you’re desperately looking for relief in any way, at least it was for me over five years ago. I was 50+ pounds heavier, experiencing shortness of breath, arthritis in all of my joints, couldn’t even walk up two stairs without extreme pain, stress and tension. I was desperate to find relief on my own as doctors were ready to perform my 2^nd knee surgery. I started yoga with Laurèn at Tournament House then soon after followed her to her first studio «Source». I found my home. This studio became my source of healing and nurturing my body, mind and spirit. I found peace within myself thru yoga including balance and everything started falling into place. I am forever grateful!

The teachers are really nice and knowledgable, love the kundalini class’s it’s such a package of everything in one class. The studio is involved in the community and I really appreciate that.

Lauren is a phenomenal yoga instructor and this class is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend!

I was extremely afraid about the idea of yoga classes and aireal yoga, but Lauren is a great teacher and extremely welcoming. She makes it sound easy so I’m not afraid to try the different things that I would typically think I could never do. I was referred via groupon and it was definitely a great buy and will continue to go after it expires. All it takes is to go once!

Love this place! I am new to yoga and Source Studio is a great place for me learn. Lauren Rovira is a great teacher, in fact all of the instructors are great. Everyone I meet here is super friendly, staff and yogis included! I love to come here and sweat in the Zumba or Power Yoga class, or I can relax and de-​stress in the Yoga or Kundalini Yoga classes. Tonight I attended a yoga class with essential oils, Lauren was the instructor. It was great! I am soo glad a I went and I hope to attend more classes like this in the future. The experience I had in this class makes me want to not only learn more about yoga but also about the benefits of essential oils. I am bringing everyone I know to Source Studio because I know everyone will love it and benefit from the variety of classes they offer.

I love Lauren! She is so nice and welcoming, she is so down to earth and very helpful! I took her Aireal yoga class, it was amazing!!! I plan on returning and taking more classes with Lauren :)

How do I begin to express how incredible Lauren Rovira is. She is the amazing instructor and own for the Source Studio. This little treasure of a Yoga studio just fantastic. The class vary from Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Kundalini Yoga, and my new favorite AIREAL Yoga. I tried the AIREAL Yoga class a few Sundays ago and I was astonished on how rejuvenating and physical of a workout this can be. Considering I’m Big&Tall male. Lauren reassured me the hammock can support up to 1,000 lbs. The benefits of the AIREAL Yoga activates dormant muscles. The prices for the classes offered are definitely with — in any practicing Yogis budget. In addition there is a little shop in the studio that has a good selection of spiritual items. I highly recommend this studio and invite you to contact them for your continuing practice. NAMASTE!

This is an awesome yoga (and more) studio! Being a recent transplant from the east coast, I was so happy to find such a great and welcoming community within Lauren’s Source Studio. Lauren really sets a high standard with her wonderfully sweet and kind self; all of her other teachers really seem to be of the same makeup… they all want you to be your best self with your practice. So beginners through to well practiced yogis are all welcome here. :)
Also Lauren has AIReal Yoga! Its amazing! Its like you get to be a kid again and be free climbing and hanging upside down… except you are also doing yoga! I wish I could have one of them in my own yard because I would be in it all of the time. Its a little weird the first time trusting your body that you aren’t just going to fall, but Lauren is totally there and on point to make sure you are feeling safe and secure. The AIReal Yoga really targets your core because mine was feeling it for days afterwards (in a good way). I would highly recommend trying it out, plus she offers the class outside almost every weekend so that you can enjoy the beautiful So Cal sunshine. One of my yoga practicing friends from back home is planning on visiting and I’m going to have this on our must-​do list while she’s in Riverside.
All told, its a great place with wonderful people and I kinda feel that its a hidden gem in Riverside… I’m so happy I found it!

There is no better place to take Yoga in the Riverside Area. Lauren and the other Instructors are amazing. It is a quiet place of rest that will help you get in tune with yourself and others. They also have other amazing classes such as R.I.P.P.E.D, ZUMBA, etc. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The prices are great too.

We signed up for classes through Groupon, we thought it was a great little studio. We only went to two classes (I got a back injury from an unrelated incident) but we really liked both of the ones we got to go to. My boyfriend liked the kundalini yoga, it was doing a bunch of breathing exercises, and I really liked the power-​full yoga — there is a monthly class schedule listed on the website and you can pick and choose which to attend. It’s located around the base of Mt. Rubidoux, it has nice views and it’s in an ok neighborhood, but the parking lot is for the most part deserted. The inside of the studio itself is done up nicely, I like that they dim the lights and light a bunch of candles during the yoga sessions, it’s really relaxing. They provide mats and blankets, a shoe cubby for your shoes, and there are mirrors. There is a little shop where you can purchase yoga related paraphernalia, incense, t-​shirts, etc. It’s a bit small, but I like it :-) There were also zumba classes that looked really intense and fun.

Laura is great! She is super sweet! She welcomed me with a beautiful smile, early in the morning and I felt relaxed just by meeting her. She has these 5o clock am classes that are free! Yup free!!! It’s a blessing to do yoga with the regular yogis that attend the session that early. I love it. This is the second time there and will make sure it won’t be my last time there! It’s just a nice experience. I appreciate every instructor I get to do yoga with for I learn different techniques and methods that I will carry with me forever. If you want to start off your day right come to her classes. ;)

Lauren and source are amazing. She has such a warm, calm demeanor. Lauren and her other instructors can take in mind weather you’re pregnant or have back problems and customize accordingly. Whenever I have been to her classes I feel ten years younger when I leave. I don’t know if she still does the Mt Rubidoux yoga on Sundays. Those are amazing. A 3 mike round trip hike with a view and yoga at the top.
