I needed a quick drink on the way to the Riverside auction and this was the closest store, so I pulled in to one of the smallest parking spots I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks. Ordering took a while since a new girl was being trained, but my two drinks came out fairly quick and correct. While waiting I did actually notice that this is the first and only Starbucks where I’ve actually seen a quick charge port! I’ll probably stick to the Starbucks location at The Crossings when I’m going to auction, but it’s good to know that this one is close.

Went thru the drive thru… just came back in from Chicago needed a Café Americano venti and you have no Venti cups!!! No scones. And the pasties you advertise are very limited. When I drive up your computers down. I won’t be back. I don’t know what is going on at this location, but when trying to order they were wheeling trash cans out the back and you couldn’t hear at all trying to place the order.

I was very disappointed with my visit. I stopped by before class on Monday and the drive thru line was insanely long so I decided to get out and walk in to order. I was the only person in line and it took almost 3 minutes for the person to acknowledge me and walk up to the counter to help me after making eye contact with me several times while I stood there waiting. I wasn’t offered s receipt and almost felt rushed through my order so he could continue doing what he was before assisting me. As I stood there for almost a half hour waiting for my drink, yes a half hour, I witnessed 4 people working the drive thru orders, almost as if nobody knew what to do. Maybe there was training going on? No wonder the line was so long for the drive thru! I also witnessed two drinks be sent back for being made incorrectly. Going forward I will drive the extra few minutes to go to one of the other three locations on Arlington.

This place is packed! It’s 3:30 on a Thursday & it looks like a hurricane hit this Starbucks. They are very welcoming, saying hi to everyone that walks in the door, but there’s trash everywhere, the place is practically sticky. Not an empty seat inside, even the outside seating is all taken. I was so distracted by the grungy environment, I forgot to ask for soy. They remade my drink without an issue. 3.5 stars!

This is the slowest starbucks I’ve ever been to. To top it off, the staff is unprofessional and rude. 8:00 at night with one family of 4 ahead of my order and I waited 18 minutes for my hot drink. When I mentioned my displeasure with the service the barista, with an attitude and an eyeball says«sorry short staffed». Well when your short staffed you work harder, you hustle, you get your job done efficiently and with a smile. This location needs a serious staff overhaul.

This particular location is VERYSLOW. And today, on top of being ridiculously slow, they screwed up my breakfast. I ordered a bacon/Gouda breakfast sandwich and 1) There was no Gouda, and 2) the bacon was severely undercooked, almost like a giant meat rubber band. I’m not a fan of giant meat rubber bands. Thumbs down.

Came here for some coffee, a snack and to use their internet service. Service is bad. No brewed coffee immediately available and when it was finally done I had to go up and ask for it. They completely forgot. Should have gone elsewhere.

Food I can understand but it’s Starbucks! So annoyed! I will go McDonalds for a iced coffee instead of this place!

Slowest drive thru I’ve experienced in my 43 year life! I waited for 20+ minutes & couldn’t get out of line, all 4sum selfish stupid lady that ordered like 10 – 15 drinks in a drive thru! Starbucks get a clue! Train your associates to put such people in the shop not in the drive-through‼‼ Last time I come here‼‼ AWFUL‼ This is why they raised their prices?

I like this location. It’s located on a corner with signals. Easy in easy out. I drive in during peak time so the drive thru is miserable. My tip is to go in. This location always has in stock the items on the menu. I can’t remember ever being told no. Even though my review praises this location I still give a 3 star just because it’s nothing special in general in my opinion.

I have to start by saying I love starbucks!!! For a whole year my co workers and I would go everyday sometimes up to five times a day during summer. I now work by this location and compared to the other, this one seems like they need to retrain everyone! They take a really long time, and I got used to the fact that I wont hear my name called out, I just got to keep an eye on my drink. They always run out of stuff like morning items, and I worked in food for 5plus years so their is a system of knowing how much product you will need to get by the day, and it seems this location hasn’t figured it out yet. But today was the worst! I was in line for 15 min, and my oatmeal looks like a soup with grains. Please fix this location!!!

It’s close to my house and has a drive through. That’s the only reason I come to this Starbucks. They always get my drink order wrong, today they got the sizes mixed up on my drinks after confirming three times that it was the other way around. The servers were pushy and unfriendly even before the drink size mixup. The area is usually filled with homeless who beg outside the door so take the drive through unless you need the restroom.

I love this drive thru! I have never been inside this starbucks so I can’t say much about its interior. However, every single time I have been here, the drinks were always good & the service is extremely quick! Also, it’s never pack in the drive thru, I absolutely love that! I had to knock off a star because this location is smack in the middle of traffic which could be a pain to come and go. Otherwise, everything is good here!
