Mr. Patrick was originally an associate at the San Bernardino and Redlands law firm of Brunick, McElhaney, & Beckett where he represented individuals, families, businesses, non-profit organizations, religious groups, and public entities, including Inland Counties Regional Center (IRC). In 2010 Mr. Patrick joined the law firm of Albertson & Davidson, LLP, to concentrate on Trust and Estate litigation. After developing a positive and professional reputation and establishing himself in the area, Mr. Patrick struck out on his own in 2011. Kyle created a law firm that is dedicated to serving the Inland Empire. He prides himself on his ability to assist his clients through complex legal issues during what may be an emotionally challenging time in their lives. Due to his reputation and work ethic, Mr. Patrick’s business continues to expand.

A Hoosier by birth, Kyle moved to California at a young age. He graduated from Riverside Polytechnic High School in 1994, enlisted in the United States Army, and was assigned to the 1st Infantry Division at Ft. Riley, Kansas where he drove the M1A1 tank. After receiving an Honorable Discharge from active duty, Kyle served as a reservist while attending college. Kyle earned his Bachelor’s Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of California, Irvine. He received his law degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, and was admitted to the California Bar in 2005. Kyle has continuously practiced in the Inland Empire since 2006. Kyle is married to his lovely wife, Dr. Katrina Patrick. They have two children.
