I booked at couples massage same day. I called first thing this morning and was able to get us in this afternoon. Both of our masseuses were very good. The scent of the room was wonderful, and the room was relaxing. A little on the small side but it was fine.

Got a massage by Nikki last Sunday. The massage was very relaxing. I was able to book a same day appointment. Will becoming back again very soon.

I recently have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and Lupus — my doctor told me massages would help a lot with the pain. I’m very picky when it comes to massages, I feel like you pay so much for something the outcome should be enjoyable and a relief! I woke up this morning from a long night of vomiting and lack of sleep from a migraine. I found this spa on Unilocal!and decided to give it a try and NO REGRETS! it was great! Krista was amazing, I felt so comfortable and relaxed! Definitely coming back next month! I highly recommend this spa!

I had no idea this place was even here! I was given a gift certificate for a 60 min massage. I have never had a real massage so I didn’t know what to expect. I can’t imagine it gets much better than that. My appointment was with Nikki. She did a very good job and made sure I was comfortable the E tire time. I will definitely return!

I have been here twice. The first time was in June 2015 a day or two before my wedding for a package treatment. It was a nice way to relax before the wedding.
The second time was today. I have been having problems with my back for about two weeks and finally decided to get a massage to see if it would help. I woke up and called to see if they had any same day availability. It turned out that they had two slots open; one within the next 10 minutes (10am) and the other at 530pm. Luckily, I am just a couple miles away so I was able to make the 10am. The service was great and I do feel a little better. I loved my massage. I’m greatful that they were able to get me in so quickly. Thank you so much! I would certainly come back here again.

I was attending classes at Ben Clark for three weeks in a hotel and my neck was killing me. I called last minute and thank God she was available. I showed up in an Über to a large building that has multiple rooms.
The room was clean, owner was so nice. She did a great job!

I have been many times now, I always see Nikki she is amazing and any month I have extra money I go ever since I have found them two years ago I would rather wait for an opening than to go to anyone else. She always takes time to see what I need at that time and bonus we have great conversation the whole time I never feel awkward.

Wonderful! Now yes, this was my first massage experience but that did not take away from the relaxation I enjoyed. The therapist was very considerate and informative for my first time. She took consideration of any health concerns I had and made sure I was very happy and relaxed at the same time. My husband found this place through Groupon and I say it is money well spent. I look forward to going again and getting the same awesome treatment!

Amazing! We went for a couples massage, my husband is very picky and likes deep tissue. Although he didn’t ask for deep tissue Nikki did an amazing job. Krista was amazing def. Will be going back

AMAZING!!! took my fiancé here on Sunday for a couples massage for his birthday we were running a little late after dropping off our kids, but the massage therapist was so nice about it an bummed our appointment 30 mins later so we didn’t go into our time I found the deal on Groupon when I called, Niki told me they honer the same price at the location so no need to purchase on Groupon,
The beds were heated not too hot but just right, this was our first time ever getting a massage and it was the best experience the women who helped us were so friendly, the room was set up very pretty very relaxing there were rose petals on the beds relaxing music and sound playing. they came in after we were set and ready laying in the beds, I’m not going to get into too much detail but I will say best massage ever I have a problem with my shoulder blades and she got the problem out. my fiancé has problems with his lower back and neck he hasn’t complained since. We are very happy with their service along with their customer service we will be going back there.

In dire need of a massage. I discovered this spa on Groupon and purchased the 60 minute aromatherapy for $ 45– which was such a good deal. The location is nice near a big shopping plaza– just a little odd being located in a building of 25 suites (Phoenix Suites). with a barber shop right across the way. So throughout my massage I did hear talking and laughing, which didn’t really give that private & relaxing vibe. Much preferred if they had their own building– more privacy and solitude. Anyways, my masseuse was Nikki. She was very friendly, respectful, sweet and knowledgeable. The room was a little small. But I did enjoy the aromatherapy, relaxing music, heated massage beds, warm towels, hot oil/​lotion and the cup of water given at the end. I enjoyed my overall experience and I do recommend this spa. :)

We did a one hour couples massage with a foot scrub and it was quite delightful. My date and I arrived 20 minutes late due to some unforeseen circumstances but the staff was very understanding and stayed late to attend us. They had great hands and used essential oils to really soothe the heck out of us after a long day of wine tasting. We will return, hands down!

Purchased a groupon for this place for my husband & I. First of all, it’s in a suite not its own place. The room is as a big as a closet. The lady I didn’t get her name that massaged me was nice. My problem with this business is: the bed was suppose to be heated. When I got it was nice and warm and after 10 min it wasn’t even hot anymore, not sure if she accidentally pressed something but no biggie, but than the room was cold! So that wasn’t a good thing. Now because there are other business next door you couldn’t really relax because you could hear them laughing and other people conversations because the walls are so thin. It’s $ 10 more for deep tissue but they offer you light, medium or firm pressure. I had firm but felt like light/​medium. The only good thing about it was the lavender oil was very nice. I wouldn’t come back because the environment wasn’t relaxing nor the massage. On the other hand my husband didn’t complain about his masseuse.

Crystal is her name, and she was fantastic. Even pressure on both sides of my body, consistent technique, strong and control movements. She listened to what my target points were, and made sure to give them extra attention. The setting was inviting and easy to find; and close to home. Affordable! Loved the warmed massage table. The only thing was the room was too cold for me. Overall, I’ll be back it was just what this new mommy needed.

Disappointing is the word I would use to describe my experience. I had a really sore back, shoulder and neck and paid an extra $ 10 to get a deep tissue massage. The therapist mostly used her elbows everywhere and did not focus on the areas I told her needed it the most. I had to stop her many times as she was causing pain by doing deep tissue in areas that didn’t need it (my carotid artery didn’t need to be squeezed with a Vulcan death grip!). I waited a day and then another day and the massage did nothing to relieve my pain and I would not go again!
Suggestion: If you are going to give couples massages find a bigger room so the 2 therapists aren’t bumping the tables and clients while they are trying to have a relaxing massage.

I treated my boyfriend for our first couple’s massage after seeing the special on Groupon. The service was amazing! We got Nikki and Krista, they were both great!
The room was great, the tables were heated, the massage was awesome and to top it off they gave us cucumber water as a refreshment. We will definitely be coming back!
Tip: Book you appointment as soon as possible! unfortunately our Groupon expired because I made the appointment too late. =/​The Lux Day Spa did however let me use the amount I had paid toward the coupon towards our massage.

There was a miscommunication when i made my appointment so when we got there instead of a couples massage i had booked a single person massage. I was noticeably upset but was willing to give up my half of the massage.
She offered a discount on services and offered to have me come in later in the day but we weren’t able to make it in at that time. i said it’d be fine and to just service the other person.
Then a little while later she came back to let me know that they were having another person come in as soon as they could. 15 minutes later we were getting our couples massage. They sprinkled rose petals on our beds and had chocolates and sparkling cider for us afterwards.
Although it started out as a terrible experience it ended up being one of the best examples of customer service and hospitality I have ever experienced.
It’s a small location in the phenix salon suites. The room was cute and very relaxing, set with dim lighting and classical music. Will definitely be back

Let me start of by saying is that I do not get massages very often for two very strong reasons– primarily, I have a high tolerance to pain so I simply don’t get massages and secondly, that truly good massages are very hard to come by. Most of the time I massage my own knots and kinks out or let them run their course, no matter how bad they are. This was an exception because I had finished my first half marathon at with The Mission Inn Run In November (placing in the top 75 out of nearly 700) and three weeks after a triathlon (placing in the top 50 out of nearly 300) so my body was pretty beat up by the time I walked in. I should have booked an appointment but having run 13.1 miles at the fastest pace ever for that distance and between getting home, a shower, breakfast and making my way to Lux Day Spa was sort of a blur at that point. Lucky for me there was an available spot for a walk in because this visit was more upon a whim versus a planned appointment.
Nikki was my masseuse and she was exceptional in every respect. She was very knowledgeable in many various techniques, what needed working on and most importantly– how to get those nasty kinks and sore muscles. Being an athlete and marital artist, I’m familiar with where’s ones pressure points, nerve centers, muscles, and tendons are and it was very reassuring to know that she knew what she was doing. She hit all the points that needed attention and she did it exceptionally well from a light shiatsu to a deep tissue massage. Nikki is well versed in the knowledge of the different types of techniques and we had fun talking about which ones she was going to use for my next problem area. For me, I said whatever works the best no matter how much you think it’s going to hurt. A few seconds of discomfort to relieve a knotted up area (in my opinion) is worth bearing to get that kink out completely versus it still lingering but less intense when you walk out the door. Obviously I’m not the mamby pamby, go to the spa to relax, stop and smell the incense sort of guy and Nikki really helped me relax a lot. Nikki was exceptionally patient when I cramped up and I assured her that it was me from being dehydrated versus anything she was doing and I apologized for being a less than ideal client. One thing that I really appreciated was that she had strong hands that kept on going and was able to work out whatever I had. I have had other masseuses that had to take a short break, switch or simply were not able to tackle my tense and overworked muscles. Having someone being able to work straight through a problem area to me is absolutely a godsend because I have never had someone be able to do that.
I am not sure who the other masseuses are on staff but I am very very pleased with the approach and results that Nikki is capable of delivering. She is knowledgable, professional, has great hands and does phenomenal work. M
The room is small, private and very well thought out. Relaxing music at a soft meditative volume, low lights with flameless candles accenting the room, the perfect amount of airflow into and out of the room where it’s not cold, nor is it stuffy, especially with the massage oils being permeating the area. Soft sheets, a comfortable and good solid table was important to me as well. I despise creaky or wiggly tables that detract from the experience, especially if someone is working hard on you. The table I had was heated which added to the overall enjoyment of my time there. Extremely comforting and relaxing environment.
For a return visit in December, getting an appointment was a grueling undertaking. The HUGE downside is that the actual operational side of the business seems completely inept of being about running the day to day operations. Walking in is a problem because you need to be buzzed in and 3 of the 4 times because I was in the area, there was no one there at the front to let me in, nor did anyone respond to the buzzer after 15 minutes. Upon calling the listed number, it took over 2 hours for them to return my call. Even when the woman returned my call, it seemed like I was wasting her time and she was rather rude about it. It seemed like most of the times I was interested in were taken and she had no idea when the masseuse I wanted was working next. She then said she would call back when she found out when the masseuse I requested was working and if there were any available times– needless to say, I never received a phone call back. *The second appointment I was able to schedule several months later, the person schedule me right in and was very professional and courteous. After coming back for my second visit, I learned that the business had several interns and externs during when I was having difficulty booking my appointment.
Massage 5 stars, superb experience! Business end of it– 1 star to 5 stars– I have no idea why I have had such varied levels of service. But once you get in, and if you get Nikki, you will be in very good hands.

Had an AMAZING time doing a couples massage today with my fiancée. I got a groupon for 55 for a 1 hour massage. They were very accommodating when I called and said we would be a little late.
The atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable. There was soft music playing and it smelled like lavender. One of my favorite parts were the heated massage tables! I have gotten other massages and it was freezing even with the blanket.
At the end we were offered chocolate and bottled water. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely be back!

Today was my bday and my girlfriend surprised me with a massage. I’m a very active guy that works out about 4 – 5 days a week. My body is tense after workouts and definitely needed a massage. Let me tell you this place is amazing. Love the energy, cleanliness and ambiance. And let me tell you the service is amazing. I use to go to massage envy and they have nothing on this place. I will definitely be back ASAP. Man you guys are amazing and I will Definitely spread the word of your guys amazing services you bring to the Inland empire. Keep up the great work.
