Told on the phone when received my very poor quality sliding door and windows sorry u dont like the quality it is what it is and no refund to your money. Go ahead and complain to the BBB
I wouldnt recommend them to even my worst enemy. Save your money and time and go to a reputable company

this is for their Stockton, Ca location. I made an initial order and was told windows would be ready for pickup in 2 weeks. It actually turned out to be three but that was ok. When I got home I realized I’d left a window off of my order and needed one asap. I sent an email with size and style and asked for a quote. They sent the quote back with the wrong sizes, I emailed again and got another quote in a few hours. This time they got the style wrong. (this happened the first time I ordered as well). So another email. We went back and forth for 4 days trying to get the order correct. When I finally ok’d the order they never called for my payment info so I was unsure if it had actually been ordered. I sent 2 more emails asking if the order was actually placed with no response. Finally one week later I emailed the email address on the website which I assume is Riverside. At this point i had already called Stockton again and they said they would call back with status, which they never did. Finally the lady at Riverside called and said that I had ordered a window size that couldn’t be made so no order was placed. She had no clue why they hadn’t contacted me and seemed to be mad at me as if it was my fault that they had wasted a week of my time when it should have taken one 3 minute phone call to clear all this up.
I ended up going to Home depot and ordered the correct window. The lady there was extremely helpful and it was about 10% cheaper.

Had great windows at a great price. Debbie was the one who helped us, everything was done professionally. She recommended Brandon as an installer.
The windows were a fraction of the cost of Home Depot/​Lowes/​Pella.
I also really like the fact that the windows are manufactured here in Riverside helping the local economy.

On 11÷29÷14 I visit there website and price out some custom size vinyl windows. I then decided to purchase. (Sat) Monday I call to see if windows will be ready to pick up bc they say ready next day. Internet sales lady states windows have not been started bc there has been a change in price 12÷1÷14 and wants to know if I still want them but now it’s $ 100 more. I said I ordered on the 29^th of November. She said yeah but u didn’t pay. I said website says u can pay with check at pickup. She then continued on about how price went up and my order on the 29^th didn’t count. Funny I got a conformation saying it did. They will not honor price there own website still list to this day! Horrible customer service rep for internet sales, rude and cut me off while I was talking. Receptionist was nice. Being the owner of a small business I know customers should be put first and u honor the price listed. Will not do business with this company. The owner needs to straighten out there website prices as well as employee handing internet sales.

I have used their windows in two projects of mine. Quality control could be improved as I did have three windows that had to be repaired/​redone. Had no problem getting the windows repaired/​replaced when brought to their attention and their customer service was a pleasure to deal with. They went the extra mile to take care of me and get the windows redone or fixed, asap. Prices are good and I like being able to get whatever window sizes or custom windows I need for my projects or flip houses fast. I plan on using more of their windows in the future, but will take the extra time to do my own QC of each window when picked up. To give a fair review, I experienced same production problems with the other major manufacturers over the years and longer times for them to take care of me. I prefer being able to deal with a local manufacturer I can drive to.
