We’ve have had our box here for years and when the present owner, Nick, bought it, I will admit there were some changes I didn’t care for but Nick corrected the complaints quickly and his staff has always been helpful, attentive & polite. Whenever we go in to get our mail, Nick greets us with a big smile and a friendly Hi! How are you? They do a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them.

Friendly staff and good service. Have been going to this location by years. I am one of the mailbox holder, so I am getting extra discount on shipping, coping and other services. I love it.

Horrible customer service. I went in to have a key made and the male working there was making keys for the store. Kept saying he would be right with me and continued to make another key. (The customer always goes first.) Then when he goes to make my key he said it wasn’t working.

There are 3 to 4 people working here most of the time. Yet there is only 1 person out front helping. The wait in here is awful and you get eye rolls if you are just there to drop off packages and get a receipt. Newsflash. YOU ARE A UPS STORE. THEREFORE you are there to ACCEPT MY UPS PACKAGE and then you give me a drop off receipt. It’s really that simple. Don’t give me attitude because I am not in there buying something.

I was dropping off a prepaid UPS return and the Canyon Crest location wanted to charge $ 1 for one piece of tape on the top of the box. Ridiculous! I drove to this location, they taped it up, and gave me a dropoff receipt. No questions asked and did not nickel and dime me for a piece of tape. The store clerk was professional and friendly. Now that’s customer service!

Worst customer service of any ups store I have ever gone to. No other customers, but employees talk to each other instead of greeting the customer and paying attention to the task they are doing for said customer. I will not return — better to drive the extra distance to the canyon crest ups where they are always pleasant and attentive to the customer.

Went in to drop off a return to an online retailer. The box already had the prepaid label affixed, just needed a receipt. Waited for 10 minutes (really 10 minutes) to drop it off. The girl behind the counter seemed inept and was easily distracted. There was only one customer in front of me. A line of people began to form after a couple minutes. One left after waiting a little bit.
The store layout is not conducive to more than 2 customers. Granted it’s really small but the way it is laid out is confusing as to where to form a line as people were just standing about in no formal order. Won’t be going back

Things have really changed at this store, and not for the better. Not so long ago, this was a warm, welcoming, well-​staffed and well-​run business. Not anymore. It seems as if it went from being a franchise store with an owner who understood customer service to a corporate store with absolutely no soul. The two employees working today were trying hard to serve their customers, but they were overwhelmed. As several of us stood in a nondescript line waiting to be helped, one employee worked on a notary issue with a customer. The only other employee was trying to serve everyone else, and the line was growing.
I noticed that it was nearly as hot inside the store as it was outside. I found myself using an packing envelope to fan myself in an attempt to cool off a bit. I looked around and several other customers were doing the same thing! I looked around and saw the thermostat on the back wall… it was set at 83 degrees. What kind of business expects their employees and customers to swelter in that kind of heat all day? When it finally became my turn to be helped, I asked the employee if the A/​C was broken. She exchanged a look with her coworker and sheepishly said it was not broken, but they were required to keep it set at a high temperature. She was obviously embarrassed. I told her if I worked there, I’d revolt against that stupid rule.
This place is conveniently located and it’s almost always busy, but I won’t be returning their soon based on this experience. I did not feel like my comfort or my patronage was important to the owner.

Wow. Talk about poor service. Aside from the fact that the store owner has absolutely no idea what customer service means, they are disorganized and simply do not seem to care about their lacking quality. I’ll gladly drive a little further to get better service.
