Great store. Customer service was perfect and they had the shoes I was looking for along with plenty of other items in their big store. They even gave me a card for $ 10 off my next purchase of $ 30 or more.

My sons father purchased a backpack for him last weekend, for school. Yesterday was the first day of school, and the backpack zipper broke after only using it 1 day… After looking up on your website what I could do I found the Returns without receipt. And it states they will exchange for merchandise or equal or lesser value. Link to rexchange/return policy: I figured if I just took the backpack into the store explained the situation to the manager or sales associate would simply exchange the backpack for the exact same one. However that wasn’t the case. After entering the store and explaining to the sales associate, my sons father bought the backpack. I don’t have a receipt, yesterday Monday 8⁄26 was the first day of school and the backpack broke. I just wanted to exchange it out for the same backpack. The sales associate didn’t see a problem with it and called the manager to the front just to confirm. When the manager is told the situation, denies the exchange claiming«this backpack could have been bought at a swap meet, and you could just be trying to get a better one.» I didn’t know Tillys sold swamp meet packbacks! I was shocked at the comment, especially after shopping at Tilly’s as often as I do, for my son. I ignored the ignorant comment, and explained to the manager again, we would not be able to get the receipt until my sons next visit(in 4 weeks) and I just wanted to exchange the backpack. And 4 weeks without a backpack would be a little hard for a middle scholar to carry all his books in hand. Again the manager says no, but I am more then welcome to purchase another backpack. I don’t think purchasing another backpack would have solved the problem. When I buy merchandise, and it is defective I only find it fair that the merchandise be exchanged for equal value(the same product). That is exactly what I was asking, nothing more.

Okay store to shop for these brands. It’s a little overwhelming since its always packed and it’s bigger than your typical clothing store with these brands.

My daughter wears some of their clothing. After experiencing the store I definitely prefer shopping online.
