Tried making an appointment and spoke with Rick. unfortunately they weren’t available to change my oil. I was mostly impressed by Rick’s willingness to earn my business even though they couldn’t help me this time. Great Businessman-ship…Is that even a word?

This is the home for my car. I will never go any where else. this place is honest affordable and great customer service. My family has been coming here for years. Toy Tech is the only service that services our cars. You have to come and be a part of the Toy Tech family! no one touches my Lexus but Toy Tech!

I’ve been in the auto parts and service business over 30 years and realize
That times are hard but be prepared to take your $ at this place. I took my
Vehicle in for a diagnostic issue and brake problem. I was told my brakes needed
New drums and shoes due to the drums past tolerance for turning and I had 10%
Left on the shoes total P@L 401.00 plus tax they also gave me a estimate for 700
For other supposed issues the vehicle has. I pulled my truck and took it to another
Mechanic and told him to check the brakes he replaced the brake shoes and «turned»
the drum total P&L 135! I inspected the old shoes and more then 30%!
I totally believe in independent repair shops but they lost a customer due to
overkill.

Wife has been going here for 25 years. These folks are honest and don’t try and sell you what you don’t need. They will give you a heads up on potential problems.

I’ve taken my car is too many shops, this one by far is the best. The staff and the service were awesome.
I took my car to multiple shops to try to fix the brakes, none of them wanted to deal with it and insisted that my brakes were fine when my rotors were actually damaged. None of the shops Including the Toyota dealership could pick that up. This shop recognized it right away and fixed the problem and had a fair price.

We have known the Toytech family for many years and we trust them with our cars, knowing that we wont be sold services we dont need. The prices are very reasonable. If you want dealer quality work by factory trained techs this is the place.

I use their service for the last six years for my old Civic and I was never disappointed. I am a passionate mechanic and I used to fix myself all the problems with my cars, from changing the oil or replace brake pads to rebuilding engines. Due the lack of time after consulting Car Talk database about recommended mechanics I decided to try Toy Tech service… I am glad I did that. Their service is spot on, the diagnostics are always correct, they never tried to sale me unnecessary services (I never told them that I have a good understanding of auto mechanics) and the prices are fair for a very good job. Try their service, trust me as I trust Click and Clack.

I have been taking my cars to Toy Tech for over 20 years. All 3 cars have gone over 250k miles. Jim, JC and Sandra are the best. They take care of the «Little» things that become «Large» things, if not taken care of it. I have never had an issue with any of my cars. My last 2 cars were bought brand new from the dealer and I refused their maintenance program. Told them, I already have the BEST mechanics in the business.
5 Stars — Toy Tech is as Good as it Gets. Believe me, you do not have to go anywhere else.

I was having major issues with my radiator and wanted my Nissan Altima placed in warm hands. I took it to Toy Tech and was able to have the radiator replaced, coolant drain/​filled, oil changed, and positive battery terminal cable replaced same-​day in under 5 hours.
My family was able to drop it off and pick it up without fault. My only issue is that it had to be paid for with cash or check.

Where do I begin?.. after taking my truck to a couple of other places and given outrages quotes, I had heard about Toy Tech, so I took a chance and boy was I happy with my decision. The owner James took care of me personally and explained to me step by step of what to expect and was way cheaper than all other quotes. So naturally decided with toy tech doing the job. Now I’m back on and the road and saved myself a nice hefty amount by going with toy tech. THANK YOU SO MUCH JAMES… I will be referring your business to my friends and family. thank you.

I have been a customer bringing my cars here for almost twenty years. James, the owner, and his workers are honest, and they have never cheated me with any of the Toyota and Honda vehicles I’ve owned, by suggesting I needed unnecessary parts replaced. In fact, when my current Highlander needed something checked and it was still under warranty, James told me to take it to the dealer (who charged me and didn’t fix the problem)!! I check with James before buying a new car to get his advice :) The service is excellent, from all the employees here. I trust James and value his expertise, and highly recommend Toy Tech.

Recommended by the guy from Reliable Tires less than a mile away, this place was the closest available shop a couple blocks from my own place that would service Japanese cars. When I first brought my vehicle to Toy Tech and I explained my car’s situation and hesitantly what I thought the problem was, these guys did not exploit and take advantage of my lack of car knowledge and agreed it was it was indeed an alternator problem. No, «You also need to fix this» or «The car needs X and X» rubbish. These guys got to working after the the inspection report came back. While they had a lot of other cars to work on, it took them only a day to fix my vehicle up provided I paid for it in cash. They also provided me with a free oil change on my next visit which I made sure to use!
Front desk employee and mechanic are all genuinely nice people. These guys work fast and can get your vehicle running as soon as possible! Only downsides to this place are how they still haven’t fixed their credit/​debit card reader after a year, and they are a little on the steep side. Will definitely take my vehicle here if my car runs into any future problems while I’m still attending school in Riverside.

This place is a Rip off! Will not be coming back here ever again! I was charged $ 90 to replace a fuse!
