I went to Burt Brothers based on the advertising I am constantly hearing on there focus on service. I just moved closed to this location and was excited to have them close by, however was sorely disappointed with my experience. When sharing feedback about the service received the service manger was defensive and did nothing but place blame. I will continue using the Stockton Honda dealership who’s service has always been far superior.

Jason is the best! I only use Burt Brothers. This time I had a flat tire from a pot hole. Called ahead and they had my tire. Was in the door and out in no time with an affordable tire and insurance on all tires for the future. My local, trustworthy, favorite tire company to use!

We were on our way out of town to go camping last year and had a tire lock up on the trailer. We pulled in to Burt Brothers and they were fabulous. Best customer service ever. They got our vehicles right back, fixed the tire, and we were on our way! Thank you! We will be back to your store!

Amazing customer service! We were on a tight budget as well as crunched for time. Jeremy assisted us In the best way possible. Got great new tires and were out the door on a Saturday in less than 45 minutes.

Got snow tires for my hard-to-fit car. Super accommodating. Last time I came was for an oil change. In a fluke accident, my oil cap was not screwed on right. I didn’t notice until my car started sounding rough. Checking under the hood, I found oil had been leaking out everywhere. They’re cleaning the oil up, changing/checking it and doing everything else to make sure they’re making up for it. It really is a rare thing for that to happen, and they’re handling it well.
