History
Established in 2012.
Mindful Stress Solutions evolved from my health coaching practice which began back in New Jersey years ago. Over time, I had the opportunity to work with women from all over the country and I began to see a pattern. Women were struggling with maintaining results with exercise programs, eating habits and stress management all because they weren’t following what as the right for their individual needs, lifestyle or personality. They were so busy trying to «fit in», «do it right» or follow the latest «expert» that they suffered through the journey of creating a better life, making results last for only a little while, instead of enjoying what they were doing and letting their results last a lifetime.

Dina Hansen is a Doctor of Natural Health who specializes in the mind/body connection. She is the author of the book, Stop Eating Your Stress (amazon) and the Founder of Mindful Stress Solutions.
Dina is passionate about reconnecting women with their intuitive wisdom so they can finally live a healthier, more uplifting and enjoyable life according to their own unique needs. She began helping women across the country and over seas get control of their stress-filled thoughts & toxic habits after effectively overcoming her own mindless, self destructive habits more than 20 years ago. While working with Dr. Dina, each woman learns how to trust her own intuition and embrace her own unique needs, so that she can cultivate a more nourishing relationship with herself and create more empowering habits.
