Poor customer service. They do not call back with updates, you have to call them. My car was in for service, with an appointment and they kept it overnight and still no work done

Stay away. I took my car for an oil change. They messed up several sensors. Then tried ti charge me. They then ordered incorrect cheap parts that was not compatible for my car. My car stalled in the busy street after pulling from shop. They are very over price due to location.

Dropped my car off yesterday at 9am for an oil change and alignment. Pick it up at 3 pm and paid for service that wasn’t completed as my steering wheel was still shaking. I brought it back at 9am today and dropped it off being that I work next door. I just happened to wonder why I recieved no call today and look over to see they closed shop at 6 pm with no phone call letting me know they were keeping my car. Which now leaves me stranded at work with no house key or car. Very unprofessional.

I give Tuffys no stars because I went there for an oil change they called me out into the bay area told me my oil pan gasket was leaking and needs to be replaced they said the $ 105 labor plus the parts I said let me see if that’s under warranty and it was. I drove it to Merritt Island Kia when I purchased it and lo and behold it was the drain plug wasn’t put into gasket was stripped almost blew my engine never go there again.

The people there are very nice, so 2 stars for them. I bought tires there about a month ago and have had problems with them ever since. The tires leak air, something is now wrong with my pressure sensor which was never an issue before. I will never return.

Very nice at front desk second time here. Oil changed in a great time. They are going to let me know whats next for my little engine that could! Love the way i am treated when i walk through the door.

My Daughters mother (my x-​wife) took my daughter s car to this location to really just get a «once over»…
She was informed that there was a ton of exhaust work that needed to be done and if it wasn’t done… everyone in the car would die in a fiery crash…
Not exact words. but pretty close.
She took it upon herself to take it to a local guy to get a second opinion. .
It did need some exhaust work. which cost $ 150.00!!!
$ 150.00!!!
That’s a far cry from $ 1700.00!
Tuffy…you should be ashamed of yourself… you see a female come in by herself and she looks like, to you, a winning lottery ticket…
Thank goodness she knew better and took the car to a local shop and to someone who was gonna be straight with her!!!

Bad or slow service is one thing… but trying to rob a single mother out of $ 1700.00 is discusting!!!

It’s a repair shop, no one is happy to be there. Either it’s another errand to run and you’d rather be enjoying your day off or something unexpected came up and this isn’t money you had planned on spending.
Yesterday’s general routine service (oil change) would have been five stars, golden trophy, high five. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Admittedly, I also went in at 7:45am on a weekday. It isn’t that quick after 10am on the weekends due to higher demand, so I typically go over to Village Inn and eat lunch. They usually have my car ready within the hour in that case.
Based off of my visit there today, I’d give them five stars for service, two stars for the general situation, and zero stars for my general mood because car problems SUCK. But Jose went above and beyond. I did not expect him to smooth over my frustration; bent over backwards to make right by some misinformation from my car salesman (surprise surprise).

There’s a reason this place has received nothing more that 1-​star reviews. This place sucks.
I was in town staying with friends and noticed we had a flat when we were packing up to go back home. In Miami, I would’ve just gone to El Mago de los Ponches and had the problem fixed in 10 minutes for about $ 15. Now, although I understand that it’s not Miami, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever that a «Tire Service Center» anywhere in the country should tell me that a patch will cost $ 40 and (now, here’s the real kicker) will take around 4 hours to complete. Wait. What?!?
So I ended up getting a fix-​a-​flat (which I do not recommend) and made it home to my bed [without incident] in less time than they wanted me to wait for a patch.

Yet another place that scams women. I’m finding I need to stick with the «mom and pop» places to trust any car places.
I went in there with a coupon… they said they couldn’t use it. They didn’t give an explanation but said that they «can still give me a great deal». Well, I left there spending about 10 times as much as the coupon and had to do it on their «credit» so I won’t get charged interest for the large amount.
I’ll never ever go there again. Their coupons lure people in and they say they can’t even use it? No thanks.

I went to Tuffy despite its reviews because my truck was overheating and they were right up the block. I paid $ 58 for a pressure and block test, as I expected so there was no issue there. They later called to tell me that I had a leak where the lower intake meets the block, and that this would cost me $ 1725. I paid to have my truck towed to another place that repaired my truck for $ 500. Now I understand why they usually aren’t busy. It’s a shame.

Got the 3 year alignment for my Lexus and when I got home I noticed one of my stock wheels had a big chip in it and the maintenance icon wasn’t reset. Decent place but I nothing to brag about…
