Staff are jerks. Don’t think I’ve met a friendly person yet. I’ve asked for help several times and each time are the «service desk» I’ve gotten rude answers. Today, I was looking for help finding a book for my nana. She found the book on the computer, didn’t say «I found it. Follow me» or anything at all for that matter. Just walked away from the desk. I naturally followed, trying to make conversation. It fell short. She not once responded. I thanked her for the book and she just handed it to me, not looking at me and said «uh huh» and walked back to the desk.

Store is clean but typically NOT well stocked with the less popular items. Staff is always helpful and willing to aid in your search for a particular book. Only real issue is that they have removed a lot of the seating here, probably to discourage sitting around and reading things entirely instead of purchasing.
