If I could have given this company zero stars, I would have but that wasnt an option so I had to give them one. This is an extremely difficult company to deal with. If you have any kind of problem they are unresponsive, unprofessional, and unhelpful. We had a problem and they took a ridiculous amonut of time to get in contact with, then when we finally spoke, they were rude and told me that I needed to contact my landlord although I was under the impression that they WERE my landlord. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
