Business Owner

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a love for pampering and going to the spa for any form of bodywork. After working 15 years in the corporate world I decided to see if I could turn my love into a career. I started taking classes at Hands on Healing Institute in 2009 and was instantly hooked.

I am passionate about personal growth and transformation. I quickly learned that many modalities of bodywork integrate deep transformation that combine healing of the body along with the mind. Myofascial Release and CranioSacral Therapy have become my favorite forms of bodywork which facilitate integrated healing, harmony and transformation in the body.

I love my job and honored to work with clients to facilitate healing, relaxation and health. In addition to bodywork, I’m passionate about yoga, my dogs, cooking, hiking, traveling and personal growth workshops.
