I was on a 10 day motorcycle trip and decided it was relaxing time. Called around and read reviews and decided on Indulgence. The girl on the phone was very helpful deciding what I would like and scheduling me in on short notice. Very nice place, clean and professional. Tamara did my mani pedi Ultimate. Very relaxing and comfortable. Would recommend this establishment.

My husband got me a gift card and I decided to use it for a mani-​pedi. It’s been 3 weeks and I still get upset when I think about how terrible a job the girl did. My nails were smeared, smudged, and streaky. She even filed a couple of nails crookedly.
I really wish I would have said something before I left but it took longer than I expected and in my rush to leave I wasn’t paying as much attention as I should have been. The mistakes were much more obvious in the sunlight than they were inside.
This was my only experience here, so I can’t say if this is typical or not. I just know that I still have $ 25 left on my gift card that I will never use and never give to anyone else either.
The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the women who greeted me and checked me out were very nice.

I came to Indulgence for a Brazilian wax based on a recommendation from a friend and the fact that indulgence uses hard wax. They were very friendly on the phone and also made accommodations for me based on wacky schedule changes.
Rose did my waxing (eyebrows, lip and Brazilian) and did an AWESOME job. We were laughing and chatting the whole time. She was really fast and thorough. The result looks great. Honestly the pain factor was really minimal considering the area. I think this had a lot to do with her technique.
I would highly recommend people to go see Rose at Indulgence for their waxing. I will be back when I can.

I had my hair cut here last fall and it was not at all what I expected, especially considering the price that I paid. I did not get the haircut that I asked for and my hair was not even straight in the front afterward — one side was slightly longer than the other. Family and friends could tell. It only recently grew out long enough after my poor experience here that I finally got it trimmed somewhere else. I just got a haircut with a coupon somewhere else for $ 8 and it was a much better deal, plus they did what I asked. All I wanted was a trim and some layers cut into my hair so that I could do it regularly into a bob shape… will not be going back and would not recommend this place.

Indulgence day spa and salon has a nice atmosphere with friendly staff. My stylist Rose does an amazing job whether it be making a Pinterest style work for my hair type or just giving me a cut! Highly recommend her services!

I’ve been dying to find a good salon since I moved to Roanoke, and of course I find a good one right before moving away! The salon is tucked into a strip just off Orange Ave. It’s very clean, modern and inviting. I had called ahead to get an appointment, and the receptionist was very pleasant and professional. I came in and was greeted by the receptionist who checked me in. My stylist was running a bit behind, but they said they had back-​up just in case she was more than 15 minutes late, because she didn’t want me to wait on her. I’m glad she came though! Rose gave me amazing color and a great cut. I would highly recommend her!
My overall experience was excellent. It was service i’d expect for a high-​end salon, but the prices are much more easy on the wallet.

UPDATE: I went to get my hair cut there a few weeks ago. The woman who cut my hair was very professional, nice and actually listened to me! I have a curly hair, so it’s hard to find a stylist who won’t go scissor happy on me. I was very upfront with her on how I only wanted a little bit off and how my hair springs up a lot when it dries. She totally understood and cut my hair just the way I liked it!
