Its ok here. I usually get a baked potato and a small garden salad. My husband generally gets a sandwich. We come here only when I am in the mood for the baked potato.

Ordered a four cheese griller, tomato bisque soup, and pasta salad. Soup was average, pasta salad was good, but griller was gross. Cheese was sliced and grated thrown together. My sister ordered a grilled chicken club with chips. At first they gave her the wrong sandwich, but they noticed before we even did and corrected it ASAP. She liked the sandwich. It was simple and of course everyone loves bacon on anything! Good kids menu choices, and I want to come back to try the Spuds. Sandwiches were just average — still would choose Panera over this place! Rating system: 5 stars = I’ll drive across town specifically for this, and rave to all my friends about it! 4 stars = Would recommend visiting. 3 stars = Average, acceptable, positive. 2 stars = You might be able to drag me here. 1 star = I will not be returning.

Oh my goodness this place is awesome and the sandwiches will make you want to smack someone(now don’t actually do it .lol) Anyways the prices are reasonable and all the staff is friendly and professional. If I could eat their every day oh boy I would especially the cranberry sandwich! Perhaps in the future they will franchise out to Virginia beach !! Hint hint! I can’t say enough goodness about this place and their employees. If you haven’t been go and give your tastebuds a refreshing jolt!

Good menu. Nice atmosphere. A bit of something for everyone and the world’s most amazing sweet tea on tap. Lol. Have vegetarian and vegan options. Honestly there’s anything on the menu that isn’t good! Hugely recommend the choose two options.

Nothing special. Country western music. Several other better places to have a sandwich.

This is a nice place to go when you want to have a pleasant meal after a day at work and you don’t feel like cooking yourself. I usually go with their bowl of soup(Fire Roasted Vegi) and ½ sandwich. My wife got the chili recently and it was more like hotdog chili than what she was expecting.

Good menu options. Nice atmosphere. They have a large variety of sandwiches with clever names. All of the sandwiches I’ve tried in the past were either toasted or pressed. I like the different baked potato options as well. The«Spud Olé» is one of my favorite baked potatoes(salsa, chili, jalapenos). It can be pretty busy during the week at lunch time, so keep that in mind.

I used to go here 3 times a week and get a Greek salad. Amazing price for a salad half the size of the salad. However, after several months, they did away with my Greek salads, so I tried something else. Pizza. It sucked. The bread tasted like it wasn’t cooked all the way, and the cheese was rubbery. The only time I will go back is when they get my Greek salads back, or when I want their sweet tea. Which, BTW is amazing.

When they first opened, I was really excited because I grew up with McAlisters in Mississippi. This place was alright the first couple visits, however the past few times I’ve gone it was NOT good. The tea was burned and/or someone is failing to clean the tea maker. The veggie chili used to be one of my favorites, but at this place it’s just bland.(My boyfriend says the meat version is the same way) Tastes like nothing but kidney beans. I’ve also had an issue with receiving cold yet burned food.(What up with that!?) I’m going back home in a few weeks. Hopefully, the McAlisters there will still be up to par.

One of my bosses gave me the option of eating here or eating at the Pizza Hut buffet for a meeting. I had to think long and hard about that one. No, I’m not being sarcastic. Ultimately, I decided on here. Did I make the right decision? Only time will tell. The food here is pretty good. I like their chicken salad and tuna salad. They pretty much have most deli fare that you would expect. Note: make sure you get a jumbo cup of sweet tea… free refills. Service is good. You order your food up at the counter and they bring it to you. Simple. I leave you with this parting message: get the sweet tea.

Before we moved away from Roanoke, we ate here about twice a week. Everything is always fresh and prompt. Occasionally you need to remind someone to bring your side sauce or extra item but I am always happy with this place –fast, friendly, healthful, inexpensive. Plus they have excellent super sweet iced tea. Speaking of, they have tea cards and meal cards(buy 10 get one free) to reward those regular customers like me.
