Business Owner

Dr. Erica Dahl is the Founder and CEO of HearLife of MN. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 with a master’s degree in communication disorders. Her commitment to continuing education for the benefit of patients’ hearing wellness led her to complete her doctorate degree from A.T. Still University on November 14, 2008.

In 2004, Erica moved to St. Cloud to work for MicroTech as their government sales audiologist, where she trained Veterans Affairs audiologists on current hearing aid technology and software. Erica was a featured speaker at numerous national training seminars, providing continuing education credits for both VA and private-​sector audiologists. Her position at MicroTech provided Erica with expertise in hearing aid capabilities, as well as the ability to push them to their limits to provide optimum performance. In 2006, Erica decided to branch out on her own and founded HearLife of MN.

Erica enjoys spending time outdoors and socializing with her friends.
