I had set up a free initial workout with Kirk. He talked to me about my fitness goals, ideal weight, and what I wanted out of the program. He told me about holding his clients accountable by checking in on them during the week by email, texts, or phone calls. He also talked about putting together a good plan to follow. This for me was the total package as I liked the small group training, food plan, and someone being accountable for me. I unfortunately moved away from the cities but when I move back I will defiantly be giving Kirk a call!
