Established in 2003.

We were Big Daddys’ Resturant for a few years and in 2005 we moved to 801 S. 4th St.(inside Clarion Hotel) where we now cater, prepare breakfast for the guests every morning and also cook for the bar inside the Hotel which is called Big Daddys Bar and Grill.

OMG!!! Blanek’s Custom Catering catered my 50th birthday dinner this past weekend. They were awesome. They were professional. on time, and the food was absolutely delicious. All the guest are still talking about how good the food tasted. I would highly recommend Blanek’s and would definitely use them again.

Blanek’s catered our wedding in Waco.
Dealing with them was as easy as it gets. Nice people, great ideas, etc.
The food was absolutely top notch.
We had the brisket, cajun turkey, sausage, along with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese bar. (and asparagus)
There was not one bad thing served.
Not only was the food above and beyond, the service was impeccable. They setup quickly, had everything ready to go, etc.
I cannot recommend them highly enough for really any function.

Blanek’s catered our wedding a few weeks ago and KILLED it on every account. We did Mexican food stations set up around our reception venue: fajita bar, quesadilla bar, taco bar, avocado bar, and chips and queso. We had several compliments on the food and when we were actually able to eat it (at 2 am that night at our hotel) it was still excellent reheated. Blanek’s prices were very competitive and if we were going to redo the whole thing we wouldn’t even look anywhere else!
