History

Established in 2014.

Solutions General Contracting is a combination of two successful businessmen’s ideals, experience and dedication.

Co-​owners Tracey Miller & Lee Cole were both successful owners of their individual companies prior to starting this joint venture.

Tracey has been in business for himself since 2013 with his company, Home Again Home Improvements.

His business offers quality craftsmanship regarding roofing, siding and other exterior work.

Lee has been owner and operator of Cole’s Guttering & Exteriors since 2005.

Specializing in Vinyl Siding and James Hardy Siding, Soffit and Fascia, Residential Roofing, Guttering, and Leaf Protection Systems.

By observing each other’s work they became friends based on the quality both companies turned out. Often when one crew was busy jobs would be offered to the other company as a courtesy.

Tracey and Lee both believe that hard work, great products, and honest customer service are what keep them in business and helped to set them apart from so many
