We also offer kick boxing and yoga for our clients.
History
Established in 1985.
I started in the exercise industry in 1985 as an aerobic instructor. I turned my passion into a career when I graduated from Oakland University with my degree in Exercise Science. I started training multiple clients at one time when I became to busy to get all my one-on-one clients scheduled in a day. To this day I have over 15 clients who have been training with me for over 15 years. The concept for business came when I trained 8 clients at one time and emphasized on functional fitness.
