The Gymnastic Training and Activity Center of Rochester Hills has been in business for over 30 years serving Oakland and Macomb County areas. Located near the intersection of Crooks and Auburn Rd. GTC offers a large facility separated into 3 gyms to accommodate our numerous competitive and recreational programs. Beginner classes are offered for those with little to no experience for ages 2+. Our friendly and energetic staff will introduce your child to basic gymnastic skills on all 4 events as well as incorporate fun activities using our trampolines, foam pits, and rock wall. Looking for something a bit different from the traditional gymnastic class? Check out the wide variety of recreational programs available at GTC. Our summer session is now offering Ninja Zone for ages 3 – 11 hers old, full or ½ day summer camps, birthday parties, field trips, and tumbling classes for those looking to perfect their cartwheel or round off back handspring. History

Established in 1977.

The Gymnastic training center of Rochester was Dave Begian’s dream in 1981 and a reality in May 1982. The Gymnastic Training Center is a 25,000 square foot facility providing training for over 1000 students. The GTC staff numbers over 40 members working as directors, instructors, coaches, media coordination, and office personnel. The purpose of GTC is to provide safe, challenging, and enthusiastic environment for boys and girls to train in gymnastics.

It is one of the largest, state-​of-​the-​art, junior Olympic training center in Michigan, and the United States.
