History

Established in 1967.

Started by Nick Kolas in Austin Minnesota and now continued by his three children in Rochester Mn, Apollo Liquor has been a staple in SE Minnesota. One thing that has not changed in nearly 50 years is the Kolas family’s devotion to customer service. Apollo believes that their superior customer service is what sets them apart from other liquor stores.

Ari has been running Apollo Liquor for around 25 years. He has a wealth of knowledge of nearly every segment of beverages. Even better, he is willing to share his knowledge. He is a fanatic about customer service and is willing to go to extreme lengths to help a customer out. Couple that with a wide selection, great prices and six locations in Rochester and you have one of the top liquor stores in Minnesota.
