Blueground Jewelry

We were looking for a jewelry store that had some non-​traditional engagement rings. I don’t wear a lot of jewelry to begin with and I’m not a fan of diamonds. Blueground had a great selection of unique rings. I fell in love with rings from the designer Rebecca Overmann, who is a designer out of San Francisco. I love the rings I got – they are true to my style and were very reasonably priced. My husband also got his wedding band there. The service is wonderful and our rings came in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend this store!

Blueground jewelry was awesome! Everyone there was very helpful and friendly! The jewelry is unique and beautiful and the workers help you leave the store with exactly what you were looking for! Thank you for such great service!

After being disappointed by my experience at a large, well-​known jewelry store in the area, friends recommended that I try Blueground Jewelry in Pittsford Plaza. I was impressed with their prompt, personal service and affordable prices. They are my new jeweler of choice in the Rochester area.

So dissapointed and surprised by the poor customer service we received at Blueground today. We’ve heard great reviews about the store and Marks custom work from multiple friends. My bf and I walked in today with hopes of starting a gentle search for ‘The Ring’. We were greeted by a voice from the front of the store, ‘Let us know if you need anything’ was all we heard. It seemed obvious to think a young couple came into a jewelry store for a reason, and it definitely was obvious why we had entered after we stopped at the engagement ring selection and started pointing. Minutes passed when we actually had to ask the clerk, who hadn’t moved from the front of the store, to help us. I don’t know her name because she didn’t introduce herself. We asked to see one ring and when I didn’t think that fit my style she was quick to walk away. She offered no more information on their selection and even though there was only 2 other women in the store she didn’t seem to want to spend any more time with us. It wasn’t until I asked about Mark and the custom work that they do that she gave us a card to call and make an appt. This was not how we had expected such a special shopping experience to happen. We’ve been to other jewelers but looked forward to our visit to Blueground because of the positive things we’ve heard. Sad to say we will not be furthering our search at this local establishment.

The best jewelry store in Rochester! They have an amazing selection of jewelry at all price points imaginable. They have many different designers represented as well.
Great for everything from getting a small gift to buying an engagement ring. The owner also designs beautiful jewelry himself.

This place is a hidden gem (sorry had to go there). If you are looking for that special gift for that special someone this is place. Always have had excellent luck finding those uniques holiday gifts…
