Amazing. This has probably been the 3rd or 4th shoe repair guy I’ve been too. He took my dress shoes and replaced both the heels and the sole, gave me new shoe laces, and polished them up for under $ 60. He gave me specialized winter soles and I didn’t even ask to them! I took them in on a Friday afternoon, expecting to have them finished sometime mid-​next week and he called me Saturday morning and said I could pick them up. After I said I couldn’t make it that day, he offered to come in on Sunday (when they were closed) so I could get them for work on Monday. All of this without asking. A true small business owner and craft expert at his trade. I won’t be taking my business anywhere else! The only thing that stinks is that it’s cash/​check only, but I definitely understand that since its a small business.
