Chris has provided us with homeowners insurance for the past 5 years, he is great!

I recently got in a pretty significant accident. Chris and his staff efficiently took care of everything for me, no questions asked. They were there for me after a terrible situation. Thank you so much to Chris and his amazing staff for truly caring for your customers. You won’t get this kind of service anywhere else.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company. Chris and his staff are always there to help me with whatever I need. After switching from Geico, I couldn’t believe the difference in the service that I received.

either I had the most competent insurance lady in the history of insurance in az, or these guys suck. I’m pretty sure that this place is just not good at their jobs. Over the past six months, they have:
Completely neglected to tell us about the photo inspection until after it passed (and after we had it taken care of). A week later we got a letter, after the policy would have lapsed.
Sent us the policy for the wrong vehicle. We were going to buy two, and changed our minds. A month after the purchase of the only vehicle, we got the policy for the one we didn’t buy… When we called them up, they seemed clueless as to why it appeared.
Forgot to charge us for a section on our bill, then surprise pro-​rate us for it later! Because who doesn’t love when their insurance payment is 1.5x times the normal amount without any discussion?
They are not very good at the whole «calling you back» thing, which just seems unprofessional. Maybe they forget, but my old agent always remembered to do that, so I know it’s possible.
State Farm is a good insurance company. Too bad this place is just hurting its reputation.
