I was bummed when HSBC switched to first niagara automatically without warning me. They charge fees for lots of stuff that used to be free with a checking account. The tellers are very friendly. No wi-​fi at the branch.
The main thing I don’t like is that the hours are terrible. They close super early so anyone with a job can’t get here.
If I had a time machine, I’d go back and not have joined this bank – I’d also visit the dinosaurs, meet Joan of arc, and watch the grassy knoll to see who killed Kennedy, but thennnnnn I’d un-​join this bank.
