I specialize in the health and beauty of your natural hair first and foremost. If you do not have healthy hair I am not doing my job. Services from eyelash enhancements to haircuts to custom wigs are provided. No hair type or texture is off limits here. Whatever your needs, I can help you out. My goal is to make (and keep) my clients happy while still maintaining quality.
History
Established in 2010.
Hair Etc by Vee, LLC started as a traveling business in the homes of many and progressed throughout the years from salon to salon until recently relocating into their own space. It became more of a passion to make it available to as many as possible, keeping in mind clients time and what they look for in a salon. Hair Etc By Vee is an appointment-only, private suite focused on those who are tired of salons with long wait times, those who are tired of salons that do not have your best interest in mind; it is a place for those that want honesty when it comes to their hair and not one-size-fits-all options. Hair Etc by Vee wants you to have healthy hair and wants you to understand what is right for YOU.

Business Owner
Over her impressive career, Vanessa C. has received 2015 Best of Rochester Award in Hair Salons, she has styled the hair of NFL football players and fashion models. Perhaps the most important client she’s ever had, though, was her first – a mannequin. When she was young, she spent hours at a salon making over a mannequin head and watching her dad, a master barber and hairstylist, work his magic. She was hooked. As years past and her natural talent started to gain the exposure of family and friends, she decided to enroll in cosmetology school and became licensed. She soon was working as a contract stylist in New York City, as well as traveling between her hometown Rochester, NY to style her clients. Hair etc by Vee, LLC is the culmination of her journey through the world of cosmetology. Hair is her life and her passion. Here, Vanessa continues to execute her eye for fashion while cutting, braiding, and installing weaves and extensions.
