Received a bouquet of roses as a gift yesterday apparently from this location. It was a gift from out of state. I shared a picture of the roses with the gift sender. The gift sender was disappointed said it was not what she ordered so she complained. This morning the owner calls and berates me, the recipient about the complaint. I tried to explain it was not me that complained. He hung up on me.

Not too good. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I received flowers for Admin. Prof. Day via FTD. The flowers were delivered and they were in poor condition. Not to mention they looked nothing like the arrangement that was ordered. My manager showed me the photo of what she ordered as she was mortified about what was given to me. The iris were wilted and dead looking, the roses were brown around the edges, and the mums looked worse for wear. When I called the florist no one answered so I called FTD. FTD took three days to get an answer for me. The florist refused to replace the arrangement so I asked that my manager receive a full refund. Bad customer service and the flowers are worse.
